you can have my heart, only if you give me yours

Dear Bloggie...

Seems like these feelings grow stronger each day.

Hello all! =]
*this is gonna be a long entry, so brace yourselves*

Alrighty then...
Last week was my officially last week of school...
Which held the very most important of all important stuff, semester exams...
I'll just get into the GIST of things...
Computer modules rocks, Communication modules sucks...
Surprisingly, the modules which I curse and swear the most were the easiest....
And the modules which I underestimated were killer papers...
Won't go into details cause many of you would probably skip this part...

I went for the Sec 1 band prac on Wednesday, despite having a paper on Thursday...
It was quite refreshing to see young faces again, kinda reminded me of when I was in Sec 2...
So all in all, eupho has THREE sec 1s...
They are Hayyan, Cherise and Jun Hong(?)...
I seriously hope these three are either very talented or learn fast or both...
Jaslyn's gonna have a tough time looking after them, so that's where I come in...
I'll give my support wherever needed since I'm free now...
But once I get into NS le.....heh.
Anyhoo...
It seems the sec 1s has hope and potential...=]

Yesterday and today were quite happy days for me, despite being superbly exhausted...
Yesterday I went out with my friends after my band prac ended...
I met up with Liyana at Tampines MRT station...
Then we went to Bugis to meet up with Hidayah and her friend Huili, it was kinda impromptu, which is so unlike me...
So we talked abit...
And Huili said Liyana had the teacher look... No comments on that...=]
So then Hidayah and Huili had to take their leave...
Then me, salihin and the two liyanas walked to our fav lepak spot near the merlion...
It's actually at Coffee Bean...
Shortly after, scratch that, awhile later, Jazli came and we started our crapping...
I actually finished a large ice blended white chocolate dream coffee drink...
*I must be nuts or something, doing things I don't normally do, gosh*
So after all that, went home at around 12am...

Today woke up at around 8am plus plus...
Bathed and went to NAS for band...
During the first half of sectionals, I made Jaslyn repeat certain part of the PIECE which she was unsure of...
And I didn't go for break, which I regretted fully cause during the second half of sectionals, my stomach was grunbling which made me restless...-.-
After getting over my restlessness, I went back to Jaslyn and made her memorise the scores...
She almost memorised the whole score, say about 90% of it already?
Which is a commendable effort...=]

After band prac, initially wanted to go for PRSS band exchange, but no one from my band wanted to go, so I can't go, but I called Alex and she agreed to go with me, so in the end I went for the exchange. *long story seh*
So bought macs on the way home...
Ate at home and rushed to meet Alex who has been patiently waiting outside PRSS for dunno how long...=X
So eventually we went into PRSS and went one whole round "following the sound"...
Which landed us to the hall...
Me and Alex sat at the Greenridge side, as if we were like some of their alumnis liddat...
First person I saw sitting down was Hidayah, who waved at me the moment she saw me... =X
First person I saw standing up was Hui Xian, who forgotten my name and thought my name started with a "Ha"...
Ok so the exchange started at 2pm and the bands there were Changkat Changi, Greenridge, Punggol and Pasir Ris sec...
I was quite impressed with PRSS band, but their merry widow was just..............yar...
Greenridge to me was the nicest...*unbiased opinion k?*
Punggol and Changkat Changi were not one of the good bands but the structure was there...

After the whole exchange was over, me and Alex waited with the greenridge people for their buses, which didn't come for a very long time...
So I took the time to, sorta like, talk to some people...
It was kinda fun interacting with people...=]
Then their buses came and we took our leave...
Took bus 3 with Alex and went home...

At home, I just switched on the laptop and just looked for videos to watch...
And lucky me, I found Survivor and Ugly Betty and CSI which I can watch, yay...
At 8.30pm, I went for my violin lessons of which I didn't progress much cause I didn't have time to practice last week...
So it was more of just revision...
Which was kinda cool, I learn afew new stuff while I was there...
And now I'm back home...
I am so shagged, there's no words to describe it...
Ok well it's not THAT bad...
I probably have went through worse ordeals before...

Ok so this probably would be one of those normal long post of mine...
Apologies for my normal long entries...
This is already cut down into dunno how many parts already...
So yea....
I'm gonna get a nice bath...
No, eat dinner first, darn hungry right now...
Then I'm gonna bathe and pray, and have a long night's rest....=]

Take carez everyone!
Good nightz and sweet dreamz! =]

*You swept me off my feet, it's about time I did the same*

what seems to be, is never what it really is

Dear Bloggie...

And I thought I've finally found you.

Hello all! =]
I'm currently drowning myself with violin music now, to be prepared for lessons later...
Let me talk about band exchange today...

I've got this habit of waking up earlier than my alarm, and it's irritating...
Bathed and stuff at around 7.30am...
Went to school at 8am...
When I arrived, some were already in the audi, some were still in band room...
I went to band room, set-up my eupho(which i regretted doing) and went to audi...
At the audi, it was very messy...
The sec 4s had to go prepare something, which left the others for me to conduct warm up...
And I thought when Ms Leong came in, she wanted to conduct, she told me to carry on...
So I conducted overture no 1 which sounded very empty?
Cause the band was partially there...
Then I conducted Monmouth, which, was a disaster...
I suck at conducting that song, totally...

Ok, then other schools started coming...
We were told to get off the stage...
All six schools occupied the audi which was packed to the brim...
There was a "drawing of lot" session to determine which school would go first...
So it was Tech Whye Sec first...
Their Eupho section is quite strong, was shocked at first, but I realised my senior from SP has been tutoring them, so I guess that's why they are good...
*Which just shows how sucky of a tutor I am...hur...*
The song they played was quite nice...
Next up was Queenstown sec...
And then  Woodlands Ring..
Followed by Dunearn who played a very nice choice piece...
Followed by Greenridge and lastly Ngee Ann...

I guess all the bands had their fair share of mistakes during the exchange...
The only two songs which I heard of before at the exchange was Monmouth and Heatherwood Portrait aka christmas song...
The conductor for teck whye has a very good expression...
Can show he's really those ON type of people like Mr Yeo...
Luckily the second round overture no 1 wasn't played, I was getting bored with that song...

In the end, the whole thing ended at around 1pm?
Then the schools boarded their busses and left...
While the rest of us packed up, stacked up chairs and some carried chairs all the way up to the band room...
Then everyone exchanged val's day gifts...
Which I took the time to take my leave...

Went to Century Square for treatment...
After that went home...

At home, practiced abit on my violin...
Practiced till my thumb got sore and stopped...

Goodness, next week is my exams and I haven't studied a single thing...
Go me! =]
And I got a feeling I'm gonna be so screwed...
The past year exam papers don't provide solutions to follow...
I am so dead, yay.
Hur.

I so can't wait for next thursday to end...
My graduation...
End of all stressful studies...
I'm so gonna borrow scores + dvds from esplanade regularly...
Speaking of which, I haven't returned my DVDs I borrowed recently...
Will do that during one of the days next week...
Oh, I might be staying at my sister's house in punggol for next week...
Which means no internet connection...
So I can concentrate on studying 100%...
Studying at home now is like trying to meditate in the middle of a battlefield...
Madness...
Gosh it's only 8.17pm...
My violin lessons start at 8.30pm...
I guess I should stop here...

Thanks for reading everyone! =]
I still want my Nokia 5800!!!! rawrs...
Ok that's all...
Take carez everyone!
Good nights and sweet dreamz! =]

*Tell me...please tell me it's true...*

my life would suck without you

Dear Bloggie...

You got a piece of me, as I've got a piece of you.

Hello all! =]
Ok I'm gonna keep this very very short...

Projects are due next week, including FYP presentation, DSP, CSS and freakin OS.
I had a flu which lasted for more than a week. wow. *claps*
I'm losing touch with band stuff. congratz fiqz, you've finally grown up.
Life as it is suck like shit right now and nobody cares.
Two more weeks of school left before I "graduate" from SP, 12 days to be exact.
I'm still waiting for the freakin nokia 5800 phone to be released in singapore.
Gawd why am I so pissed at myself.

Finally my violin lesson is gonna commence tomorrow...
At least something to look forward to...
Can't believe I missed todays band rehearsal at SCH...
No one updated me, I guess I'm a nobody in their eyes...
I've always been a nobody, who am I to kid, sheesh...
But they sounded quite good during band prac today, quite, good...
Jaslyn told me that the other two guys dunno how to play...
What else can I say? They don't turn up for practice, obviously can't play lohz...
I think it's very shameful to the two guys, cause both of them are SENIORS...
And the junior plays a million times better, how shameful of them...
That being said, I hope the JUNIOR continue to work hard, cause it might just be only you going for SYF this year...

Alumni meetings are quite interesting...
Especially when meeting seniors who...I never know existed...
From the pioneer batch of NAS summore...goodness...
And some who look older but are younger than those who are actually older...
Does that even make any sense, it does, read through slowly...not slow enough, again. =]
So basically my position as Creative Director was a scam to make me happy...
Cause my designs were thrown out the window cause it's practically useless...
Waste my freakin time go and do research and design...

*and this was supposed to be a short entry, damnit*

So LMP will be on the 16th and 17th of March, during the march holidays...
Band having rehearsal on 17th March...
I should start coming for band only when invited...
It seems my presence makes SOME people unhappy...
Haiz...
But it's ok, I think I'll be too shagged to do anything after the camp...
I'll probably go home and sleep till the next day...

Also heard that the alumni card would be kinda useless...
Cause the main point of wanting to have it is to not have to sign into school...
But it seems as though even with the card you have to sign in...
So I'm totally dumping the idea...
I mean seriously, BE PRACTICAL...
For people like me who come back so often, and having to write down my details OVER AND OVER again....
It's a huge hassle...
*I've got no idea how many times I've signed into the school, must be at least a hundred by now since 3 years back...*
So if the card doesn't allow me to skip the signing in process, I don't want to have anything to do with it...

Gosh I seem to be ranting more and more...
Rawr I'm an angry kid...rawr.
Just shows how much I care about what people think about me...
Go ahead, criticize, scrutinize, insult me...
I couldn't care less...

Haiz...
That's all lah...
Byez.

*When one is quiet when there's much to be said, the silence is deafening*
