The electronic project VNV ("Victory Not Vengeance") Nation was conceived in London in 1990 by Ronan Harris, debuting in May of that year with the 12-inch "Body Pulse." "Strength of Youth" followed a few months later, and at the end of the year Harris relocated to Toronto, where VNV Nation opened for Nitzer Ebb on their Canadian tour. After moving back to Europe, Harris released only a handful of compilation tracks in the years to follow.

Esta creativa banda de voces femeninas fué formada cuando estudiaban música en Londres. Sus 7 integrantes comenzaron su carrera musical tocando e interpretando vocalmente en las calles de esa ciudad. Su primer álbum 'Madra' fue realizado en su mayoría a capella y en ella interpretan canciones británicas tradicionales. Sus posteriores producciones, en 1993 'Suspiria' y 1994 'Fairytales of Slavery' dieron un giro como grupo hacia el rock industrial y el experimental.

En la producción 'Carnival of Souls' se ve un estilo más complejo en su interpretación, una combinación de orquesta, voces de estilo bel canto y sintetizadores. Un disco excelentemente bien producido en sus arreglos y composiciones.

This creative band of feminine voices was formed when they studied music in London. Their 7 vocal members began their musical race touching and interpreting in the streets of their city. Its first album ' Madra' was realised in its majority 'a capella' (that means without musical instruments) and interpret traditional British songs.

Its later productions, in 1993 ' Suspiria' and 1994 ' Fairytales of Slavery' they gave a radical turn towards the industrial and the experimental rock. In the 2000 production ' Carnival of Souls' its very notable the more complex style in its interpretation, a combination of orchestra, 'bel canto' voices and the use of synthetizers is notable. Human Drama fue una banda de rock gótico /dark wave liderada por el cantautor Johnny Indovina. Cuando RCA falló en proveer apoyo promocional adecuado, Indovina solicitó la salida de la banda de RCA.

Human Drama firmó después con la disquera Triple X Records, y lanzaron "The World Inside" en 1992, el cual añadió guitarras suaves acústicas, flauta, y toques de violín y cello clásicos a su mezcla instrumental, alterando radicalmente la presentación sonora de la banda. Mientras que RCA les había prometido un video pero no fue emitido, Triple X si lo hizo. Un video de la canción "This Tangled Web" fue dirigido por un viejo amigo de Indovina, quien también se conviertió en el manager tour del grupo, Dave Eddy. El álbum resultó ser tan popular que Triple X eventualmente lanzo una recopilación de 6 videos que incluía narración detallada de Johnny Indovina.

El disco que te presentamos en esta ocasión en FOH es del concierto realizado el 19 de diciembre de 2004 en el Hard Rock de Insurgentes.

Human Drama was a band of gothic rock /dark wave led by the cantautor Johnny Indovina. They are mainly known for playing a mixture of melodies of acoustic sadness and gothic atmosphere. Although they do not only consider a gothic band, thus they were named commonly by critics.

He began to play in New Orleans in 1980 like The Models, and encouraged by a pair of singles produced by themselves, and cuts in compilation albums. Climbed soon to the top of the local recognition. The musical influences of Human Drama come from artists such as joy Division, Lou Reed, Tom Waits, David Bowie and Leonard Cohen, among others. While RCA had promised a video to them but it was not emitted, Triple X did it. The video to the song " This Tangled Web", it was directed by and old friend of Indovina, which later also become the tour manager of the band, Dave Eddy. The album turned so popular that Triple X made a compilation of 6 videos that included detailed narration of Johnny Indovina.

The disc presented this occasion in FOH is the concert realised 19 of December of 2004 in the Hard Rock Live of Insurgentes, Mexico.

Sopor Aeternus & the Ensemble of Shadows (del Latín 'Sueño Eterno'), se le conoce en el argot solo como Sopor, es un proyecto Darkwave creado en 1989 por Anna-Varney Cantodea. Desde el inicio de su proyecto , la música de Varney ganó notoriedad debido al sentido de extremo individualismo, melancolía y pesimismo que rodea su música. Interpretando una variedad de estilos musicales y visuales a su persona.

En varias entrevistas realizadas a Cantodea (en la cual nunca aparece de frente al entrevistador ya que evita a toda costa la interacción hombre - hombre) ha comentado que cerca de tres décadas de su vida estuvo transitando en estados de depresión, desesperación y soledad, las cuales le provocaron muchas experiencias y enfermedad. Así, esos periodos de su vida la llevaron a descubir 'El ensamble de las Sombras', un grupo de espíritus que Cantodea ha dicho que llegan a ella en sueños y le proveen de inspiración musical.

'Ich tote mich jedesmal' ('I kill myself every time again') es la primera producción de Sopor Aeternus realizada en 1994. Consistente en música neo medieval y barroca, a la que se le agregan beats electrónicos y órganos de aire. Mucha de la instrumentación fué hecha en sintetizador debido al bajo presupuesto, pero a pesar de ello, es uno de las producciones más auténticas de Cantodea. El álbum incluye intervenciones al final de los tracks del guitarrista Gerrit Fischer. Sopor Aeternus no regresaría a ésta línea sino hasta 2004, 'La Chambre d'Echo'.

El grupo fue fundado en 1980 por Angelo Bergamini, pionero del la escena synthpop Italiana, eventualmente fue él primero grupo italiano en firmar con la casa discográfica Virgin Records.
Entre 1982 y 1984, Bergamini también participó en el grupo italiano Hipnosis, orientado a los géneros spacesynth/italodisco, el cual ganó un disco de platino por ventas en Alemania, tuvieron un éxito número 10 en las listas de popularidad europeas con su sencillo -Pulstar-.

Durante los ochentas, el sonido de Kirlian Camera se volvió progresivamente más obscuro, y evolucionando de el synthpop de sus primeras producciones discográficas.

En 1993, firmaron con la disquera alemana Discordia. En 1995 colaboraron con disqueras más pequeñas como Dive con el EP Obsession. En cuanto a los demás integrantes de la banda, su alineación ha cambiado a lo largo de los años, entrando y saliendo nuevos miembros, pero a partir de 1999 ha sido relativamente estable la mancuerna de Angelo Bergamini como letrista y compositor y la cantante Elena Fossi.
