Micah loves exploring on the farm...lots of hay bales, farm equipment, out buildings, etc.

Life on the Farm

The changes continue...last Friday we officially closed on our Fergus house and moved to our rental (a farm near Viking, MN). Our house in Newfolden will be ready in early December, so we are anxiously waiting! Here are a couple of pictures of the farm.

Santa & Snow

Micah loves being outside! He brings his boots to me all the time, and with the saddest little look in his eyes points to the door. Unfortunately, it has been too cold for Mom to go out! We've braved it on a couple of occasions...here he is contemplating his first taste of snow.


This was one of those parenting moments when getting the annual picture with Santa trumped the child's feelings about sitting in the red-suited stranger's lap. Feeling guilty? Yes...Worth it? Absolutely : )
