Life may not be the
party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well
dance.

Deanna amd I were in a car accident on January 7th this year. We were pulling into my home driveway when a young boy (I call him this because he was younger than I am!) came around the corner and plowed in the the back of the nice Toyota Pruis. He hit so hard that it buckled the frame of the car. We are talking 6,700 worth of damage to the car! Deanna and I both have been suffering since the accident. We are slowly getting better but it will take months to get back to what we thought was normal. (That is according to the Chriopractor we are going to.)The good news in this is that her kids were with us and they are fine. I keep thinking that we had been hit just a few seconds earlier and it might have hurt the kids real bad... then a course a few seconds later and we would have been safe..completely in the driveway. How fast our lives change sometimes. We are going forward at this point.
I ran across a quote this morning that seems pertinant. (One of mom's favorite words)
"Living the past is a business: looking back strains the neck muscles and causes you to bump into people not going your way." Ferber
