Today's the day I officially turn 23 years old. Oh my goodness! Turning older and older haha but who cares age is just a number besides everyone thought that Im 21 years old LOL!:). It was a bad birthday eve for me all due to work. Haiz let's just say It's all thanks to my working partner for ruining my Sunday morning. I don't really know why i got carried away and let it get to me pretty bad. I always told myself to not let work problems get to me but sometimes Its hard especially when you know that you put in alot of effort and pride in your work and when someone just come and screw it up time after time it will somehow just get to you. I don't expect too much just minimum standards and yet he couldn't even do that. Im doing all the work and solving the problems while all he does is play games and read his story book. Does he expect me to always shout and scream at him every single time & be the bad guy? Oh well thankfully I have my guys and supporters behind me all the way so I shall not give a damn about him. Just one more month to go so i will try to remain positive and enjoy my every moments in this camp.
Receive a shock of my life during night time as they gave a fake turn out drill while I was sleeping but it turn out to be a surprise birthday celebration for me. It was really unexpected. I was really touch as they put in effort to wait till midnight to give me a wonderful birthday surprise. Im really bless to meet great people like them. It's people like them that make my stay here a wonderful one & It 's even harder when i have to leave this camp in a month's time. I would like to thank all this people for the birthday surprise and the delicious cake. Firstly my team members: Hilmi, Fazli & Anthony. Haikal, Firdaus, Yuan Zhang, Joe & Wenbin for joining in the celebration. Sam, Nelson & Ma'am Pauline for the gift. Wycliff for the cute boxers & especially to Francis for being there for me when i was down. All I can say is that I was really touch by their actions. Definetly a memorable 23rd birthday celebration in Brunei. I would also like to thank my family & everyone who flooded my msn, facebook and phone with their Birthday Wishes. Too many names to be spell out but from the bottom of my heart...thank you:)
I know that I have been neglecting this blog for a really long time & i apologise for that as I have been busy and really lazy to blog oftenly now. I guess I have lost the blogging bug. Just a short update about myself. Well beside yesterday bad day, life has been good so far for me. There are good and bad days but It's better now. Finally I went to Kota Kinnabalu on the 19th till 21st and it was awesome! Photos are all in my facebook. The water sport activites was the highlight of the trip & I just can't wait to go back and do it all over again. The recent memorable outing was on the 27th November. We finally got a chance to go to Shahbander and climb the hills. It was really fun and tiring! The view was breathtaking and the air is just so relaxing. Thanks so much to Ma'am Dora & Staff Ramdzan for organizing it. There are more awesome trip so you can just check my facebook photos as I try to update my facebook as often as I can. Oh ya, I have finally get an official date on when Im coming back to Singapore. It's on the 24th January 2011!:). So Im left with about 57 more days in Brunei. Look how time flies and soon I will be leaving Brunei. I love it here but judging from the changes to be made from the new people that is coming in, I guess It's best i leave and escape the misery haha:P. Well I shall end my post here. To those who are still reading my blog, I thank you for that:). I will make an attempt to update regularly.
