Today's the first day of my Internship. I got attach to one of the Company's in Tuas. The major problem that i believe that i will be facing for the 3 months over there is being on time. The starting work time is 7.45am which is freaking early and the place is so bloody far. Thankfully there's a company transport but i have to reach at the destinated area at 6.20am if not i have to take the public transport which is a big no as it's longer and the only bus to go there is so freaking crowded. The que is so long it is as though people are queing up to buy the i-phone. Too bad we had to go on our own on the first day so me and 2 of my other friends decided to take a taxi instead.
So we didn't did much on the first day. Just had 3 long briefings and it was a torture as i was so sleepy but those new workers from India were so energetic. All were so excited and enthuasistic when it comes to answering the question that the presenter ask lol. We the IAP students kept on laughing and laughing. So far i made a couple of friends there and mostly were from NYP. It's quite a big company that manufacture's and does all sorts of operation. Me and another guy got into the Tool Room Department. Since our facilitator was on leave so another guy took over and he brought us to the canteen to slack till knock off time haha.
Lepak man. Tomorrow we will get to know what we will be doing so hopefully it's not bad.
