Skip school again today. Haven't been attending Friday lecture's for a few weeks now. It's such a waste of time coming to school just for 4 hours of lecture and furthermore my friends can help with signing of my attendance. Yesterday presentation was horrible. It's not surprising as the people who presented last week got commented so much and im sure he won't let the others off either. My group got shot too. I know his trying to improved our presentation skills but he could at least do it in a nice way instead of bringing us down. Oh well Project 1 is over but sadly it's still not over yet. We still have Project 2 so it means that we are going to have another presentation with him again! Crap! =\
On the 27th of May was Desa last day of attachment. She's going back to Philippines. Everyone at work likes her alot including me as she's a nice, sweet & a great person. She will be miss by everyone in Popular JE. I hope life will turn out great for her.

My sister was screaming hysterically yesterday as she got accepted to National University of Singapore(NUS) - Arts & Social Sciences. It was her first choice. She was worried for the past few days as many of her friends has gotten their letter but her's was still under processing. But thankfully all her waiting and worrying paid off. Im really proud of her. All her effort paid off. I hope she will succeed and obtain a degree.
And lastly, the boy that my mum has been taking care for almost 5 years has finally left us. It was a sudden decision as he doesn't want to stay with us anymore. According to his mum, he wanted his mum to stop working as he wants to stay at his own home. His only Primary 5 and he wants to stay by himself. HAHA! ya right! His so not independant and he freaks out everytime he see a tiny ant or some flying bug so i don't think he is capable of staying on his own. So his mum decided to hire a maid. Well good luck to that maid as im 100% sure that she's gonna need it. This boy is really a hyprocrite. At school, his always trying to impress his teachers. Trying to be that excellent student and everytime he does his homework, he always wants to get it all correct! What a perfectionist. And he don't really have friends. He always have this thinking that everyone is bad and his not. Ya right! His teacher and parents haven't seen his true colours. For a kid his age, his very sly, evil, demanding, rude and really have a attitude problem. Always making my mum angry and stress. He never appreciates all the things that we did for him, taking care of him when his sick, all the advises that we gave or all the help we give him in his school work.
His also rude to his mum but he still gets what ever he wants. His parents are bad at teaching their son. Spoiling him to the core. Imagine a mum whose scared of her own son! And everytime we scold him, he will be like wearing a black face in front of his mum. His mum might think that we are the bad guys. And his mum expects too much from us. She thinks that this is a child care + tuition centre isit? We have to help with his schoolwork, entertain him and lately her mum is always coming back home late. She thinks that we got no life isit?? Do you see a childcare centre that opens till 9pm++? And she's paying us way too little. Me and my sis have been telling my mum to stop taking care of that ass but my mum is too kind! She keeps saying that she felt pity for his mum. Well now finally we have our freedom. I swear, all of us don't feel a miss for him at all. We are free:)

Im rushing on my report right now as the deadline is tomorrow. I hate doing reports which i don't have a clue on. Thank god i manage to complete the gripper design on time. Though it's not perfect but at least i did my best. I struggled and redrew the design 5 to 6 times during UG lesson just now. Almost to giving up as i was running out of time and working in a panic mode is a big nono. I can't believe im stressing myself just for the sake of 10%! I have a test on UG drawing tomorrow, a mini presentation on Wednesday which i have not yet got started on & another presentation on Thursday. Crap.....

Had my Napfa test today & the longest presentation class i ever experienced before.
Let me start with the presentation. Today was our presentation for the 15 component assembly and we had to wear formal. My friends from other classes were only required to wear casual. Ok fine since the tutor insist we obeyed. During the presentation, he kept interrupting and asking all sorts of tough question. His also commenting about the way you do your slides. He wants it to be clear and to make sure he understands what we are presenting. His really testing us and really taking the presentation very seriously. Ok i know in the working world it's gonna be like that but come on man not to the extend of asking why some sentence has a dot and some don't, why some of your words has small capitals and some are big? & why you have too much spacing for that person name and the others only 1 spacing?, How come the shape is big but the words you put in are small?. His reason was that his particular about every small detail. There's this group that showed a couple of video clips that they shot and he commented that how come it's so shaky? How come there's a red light? How come it's dark? How come so many video's? in the industry you can't expect the operator to see video's all the way. Your suppose to show images instead. And one of the girl cried after the tutor commented her & asked her a couple of questions. Poor girl..i guess she couldn't handle the pressure. The group that got shot the most was the group that presented first. That's why they say, never ever be the first to present haha. 1 group took almost 40 mins or more to end. We ran out of time eventually and the rest of the 4 groups has no choice but to present next week. This is the part that pisses me off as my group was 1 of them! Damn i was hoping to get it over with but it turns out i have to wear formal again next week:( I hate wearing formal! What a waste of my time and effort! This teacher of mine taught me before in year 2 and me and my classmates hated him and unlucky enough, i got him again for 1 of the module in my 3rd year. I swear he needs a brain check!

I wore this for the presentation today but without the tie.Now moving along to Napfa test. Well all i can say is that im really glad it's over haha. I haven't taken it for 4 years now so it's obvious i didnt do well haha. But there's one thing that im proud about is that for the 2.4km, i didn't stop at all considering the left side of my stomach hurts a lot just after 1 freaking round! We had to run 6 rounds. I've been training my running for a couple of days and normally it will hurts after 4 rounds but i'm not sure why after running for just 1 round it starts to hurt real bad. But i didn't want to give up so i continued running and i place my hands on the area that hurts and presssing it hard to lessen the pain. But it didn't help that much but thank god i manage to run 6 rounds wihout stopping:) But too bad i fail by 1 minute! 1 minute less and i could have passed! If only the pain came later im sure i will pass but oh well it doesn't matter. The most humiliating & funny part is that when i was doing the shuttle run. Halfway through running, my shoe flew off haha! Luckily i didn't fell or else it will be so embarassing. My group laughed including me haha! It was so funny lol! I should have tied my shoe lace tighter. Overall it was still fun:)
I have finished reading "
The Five People You Meet In Heaven" by Mitch Albom. It's a really good book. All 3 of his books has been in the Popular best seller english books list for years now. I have not read the other 2 yet but i will once i finished a new book that im currently reading right now. It's call "
A Thousand Splendid Suns" by Khaled Hosseini. I already finish reading his first book which is called "
Kite Runner". The "
Kite Runner" is really a nice heartfelt book. Im really becoming into a bookworm haha but who cares im loving it:)

My mum told me this afternoon that my cousin was diagnosed with lung cancer. I was really shocked after hearing the devastating news. It saddens me as of all the cousins from my mother side, his the only one whom i find really humble and with a nice personality. His a really smart kid and the worst part is that his taking his A Level's this year and at the same time undergoing Chemotheraphy. How is he gonna have the strength to study and cope with his studies. Haiz why does bad things happened to good people. I really hope that he will be cured.
Life has been hectic for the past few weeks. Assignments, reports, presentations, projects, reports, projects, presentations....it never ends. Being in final year is really a challenge. I really hope that i can keep up with all the madness. There's so many stuff that i wanna write but i just don't have the time to blog about them.
Oh ya, been wanting to blog about my new hairstyle. It's kinda crazy haha! Received so many comments from my friends. There were good and bad feedback. Pics below:

It wasn't intentional. It was all the hairstylist idea and she did it without my consent! But i kinda like it.
Mostly told me to do the X on both side but some share my point of view as i think 1 side is more stylish haha. Some even told me that my head got treasure map and some asked me whether i had a brain surgery(-_-) . There were more comments but i have forgotten as i cut this hairstyle last Friday. Oh well i don't care what others have to say i mean there's nothing wrong in trying new things right? It's my first time doing something like this to my hair and it's safe to say that im the only student in Nanyang Polytechnic to have this hairstyle haha! Alright im gonna go crash now so im gonna leave you with pics of me camwhoring with my hair lol.
