Monday~~~
Celebrate my buddy, young sing's birthday @ kbox with teck hwee. Sing songs from 1pm till 6pm. Lols. We taught teck hwee to sing alot of songs, so next time he cant said '' I dunno how to sing''. After kbox-ing, I rush back for track and field. Due to the traffic jam, I was late. I reached NP @ 1930... Ran 4km in 20mins, then training end. After a while, my coach called me. She want me to go to be thrower!!! Throw shotput!!! The reason for putting me to thrower was, ''I see you run till very stress'' OMG!!! I was damn relax when running... Sianz.... Wednesday go thrower. Good bye to short distance and long distance??? NO WAY MAN!!! PHOTOS FOR K BOX WILL BE UPLOAD SEPERATELY

Today me, kit and marc went to CCK Lot 1 after school. They accompany me to go Lot 1 as I wanted to buy something from there. We had our lunch @ KFC, then back to NP to help track and field to pack goodie bags. (Happy birthday young sing)

EECAD END LE. WOOOooooo ((((: but at the same time also abit sianz. Cos my track training start @ 1730. I wonder what can I do during that free time sia. Today is first time go to field training instead of track training. Training is easier than track training. Cant get used to it yet, need time to adapt. OMG. Thower for shotput only got 3 including me. Lols. Like that I confirm get into IVP le lor. Although I'm a thrower now, I still be a Short/Long Distance runner (((((:

Went to game room to play UNO stacker with Jarvis, Marc, Kit, Elvin and Randy. Loser need to take 3 SEXY photos, Take photo with shelina (I dont see any difficulty with that), Say I love you to any teacher. I dare to say I'm pro in playing this, as I confirm let the person sitting on my right side to lose (which is randy). After playing games, went to track to listen to briefing for Project NutZ. Today RANDY DO 3 SEXY POSE FOR PHOTO TAKING AND A NORMAL PHOTO TAKING WITH SHELINA. (ELVIN DON ANGRY SIA)Pon ELTECH lab to help out for Project NutZ. Need to go for make up lab nexct friday or next next friday. Recieved a light green T shirt helping out. My job was just to keep people off the track, another words crowd control. GOOD JOB TRI ELITE FOR GETTING THE FIRST AND THIRD PLACE. Staff's result. ECE got 1st, ICT got 2nd and IS got 3rd. Well, the rest I forgot le. After the event, eat buffet for dinner. After dinner, didnt rest at all, Me, jeremie and kit go campus run. GG after the campus run. Kena sore eyes, cough like **** and got flu~~~ Dying sia.... Breathing diffculty too....
Saturday~~~
Luckily the sore eyes, flu and cough is gone in the morning. Noon go meet youngsing. We go to novena square2 to walk. Nothing special. Novena square, Velocity and Novena sqaure is linked together. Not much shop to visit. Went to shaw house to watch hellboy 2 the golden army. Went to far east to buy a long sleeve shirt which cost $50.... Went to plaza to walk walk then went home....

KangLun wearing KokLong's spec
KokLong hav a nice Spec and hairstyle right? Lols.Yesterday went to catch prawn in bishan. Well, I didnt join them as I too lazy to catch. Ashley caught 3 prawns. GratZ. Lols. After that, we went to Dexter house to celebrate his birthday early. Dexter tio smash by cake in his face. We trick Dexter out of his house to smash the cake on his face. We didnt want dirty his house so we play outside. After that we played Mafias, Police and Doctor. We all closed our eyes and wait for the operaters to choose the mafias and etc. Dexter used this time to get his revenge on those who plan to smash the cake on his face. First to kena is sherman. He ran away after he got smash by the cake when our eyes remain closed. Next is Koklong. After he got smash, he stand up and keep quiet. After that, KangLun and ZhaoMu also kena. Sad. The rest are safe. HAHA. Damn Funny lor. No one shout or make noise after being smash. KangLun blamed Koklong for not shouting after begin smash by the cake. Then Kanglun apply more cake on Koklong's spec when Koklong went to clean his face. When he got back, he was stun and sianz. Lols. Kanglun use the cream to wipe his face when he is taking photo (the pic abv). Suay lor Koklong. Going home after fun joy laugher. ((((((:

Back to long distance running again. Prepare myself for the Nike Human Race, when the rest of the track members are preparing themselves for most important event IVP this year. I'm a short distance sprinter and now training for long distance. Weird huh? Trying to make a decision on which side should I stay in....

Slacking day... ENPS test is so easy. Nth special happen...
Wednesday~~~
Boring day... EG1 test got some qn I forgot the formula and EECAD confirm die, did not get 100% complete. Sianz... After the test, went to library to slack with trackmates and classmates. That school librarian really look like potato sia. Perharps you all should come to NP library to see the walking potato. Haha. Track training, 30 rounds on track which is 12km. I completed last as I sprinted during the first round. Forgot that I'm now in long distance not short distance. My timing for the 12km run was 1hr 06min. I shall try harder to be better. Mind Over Body.
Thursday~~~
Lesson end too early. Slack with Marc then went to NYP to find Joanne to take my thumbdrive back. Marc went to NYP to eat mac. WTH. IT IS SO CHEAP. McSpicy plus upsize cost only $5.25 . How come NP dont have mac sia... After Marc finish eating, we saw JARVIS. Today he didnt went to school as he got driving theory, but we didnt expect each other to see each other at NYP. Lols. After chit-chatting, Joanne and me send Marc to bus stop then we went to took MRT. When we reached CCK station, we saw Miss Quek!!! She didnt change at all. Her look and clothes still the same. I wonder how come Miss Quek took MRT sia. I thought she always take cab or her husband drive her home? At bpp eating subway meal as dinner. Tuna sandwhich. Those people who like to eat tuna are dolphin killers, Joanne you are one of them. Dolphin often get caught along with the tuna and die with them. Saw cheekiat and yongda at bpp again. O lvl coming and they are still slacking at bpp. Haix. Accompany Joanne home, and saw hakim. Wah~ today saw alot of friends...
Friday~~~
Went to track late due to watching a low quality movie, kingdom of heaven, in school. The disc seem to bought from indonesia... The movie is nice but some sence cannot be watch as the quality is too suck. Back to track. Ran 400m for 10times with a minutes of rest in between. Once again, I forgot I'm in long distance. Sprinted at the first 400m, die in the end. Today is WeiSheng birthday. Track and Field members celebrates with him. His face was kena with the cake. Lols. Then he went around to smash cake on other people face. HAPPY BIRTHDAY WEISHENG

FK up DotA competition. The connection is the BEST. All teams refund and go home. Isn't that nice? After wasting my 3hrs Remaking match, and was about to win, and opponent d/c themself. wth...

Went to helpdesk to fix my laptop. My LAN connection abit siao liao and a corrupted file to be fixed. Wait for 2hr 30min for everything to be fixed. My friend went to fix his laptop touch pad. Wait for 2 hr 30 min too, but can't be fixed. Lols.

ELtech practical is so easy. Lols. Track training is getting tougher, but still can cope with it. Changing back to long distance as I want to prepare myself for the upcoming 10km Nike run. Brought 3 friends go join track. Not bad. Train more and you three will get used to it very soon.
Saturday~~~
Early in the morning, woke up and go back school. Go back school to meet YongZhi, KangLun and KokLong for gym training. After training, we went to the pool and got ourselves tanned.

Too busy. No time to blog everyday... Maybe going to blog once or twice in a week...
Thursday--- Lesson end at 12pm, but at 5pm got a talk, which I think is a waste of time for us to listen to it as the whole lecture hall is damn noisy and we can hardly heard what the lecturer is talking about. 12pm to 5pm. Me and some of my classmates went to west mall to watch HanCock. This movie is really abit cock as there is some cock up in their story line. But when HanCock fight, that was the best. Best line in the movie

Friday--- Nothing special happened. Didnt go for Track training as I need to make payment for the Nike 10Km run.
Saturday--- Went to Youngsing house in the morning to play MAPLE. Lols. Teck hwee was there too. PLVL himself and Youngsing. After that, we went to watch Get Smart. Haiz... This movie is abit boring...
Sunday--- Just collected my new spec as my old spec is lost and I lost my left eye contact len. Wah~~~ Now then I realise that I spent almost $430 on my new running shoes, havaianas and spec. So..... New Thing New Life???

This whole week for my class is like damn slack. Monday go sch 2 hrs, Tuesday 4 hrs, Today 2hrs, Thursday 3 hrs (excluding going for Track And Field). This few days feel very restless, don't feel like doing anything. Don't have any motivation to sprint in track, don't have the heart to study also. I wonder why sia?
Today track and field, first time end so early. It end at 2030. Usually will end at 2130 or 2145. Today run 3 sets of 200m. Now then I realised that I sprint faster on the curve track more than the straight track. Lols. Track and Field are going to buy spike shoes. I think I year 2 then buy spike shoes. It seems not much of use to me currenlty.

Woo, I got myself a AdiZero CS running shoes. Damn~~ It cost $169!!! No discount.... Ashley got himself a AdiZero PR and got discount for that. Sianz... Not Fair!
Track and field is going to help us buy spike shoes. I dont think im getting one first. Wait till year 2 then buy. Outcoming Event for track and field, Project NUTS 21th-25th july and Award Night 31th july. Go there help out and earn cca points.
Going for a 10km run in 31th august. Also earn cca points...
