Golden Pumpkin Day ~ ♥

Wow long time never update my blog ~ 

It's time to do so !!! =D

Date: 26 May 2013 Time: 12 pm

I have strong feeling to cook my Pumpkin Soup after I've tried my best friend's one. So, I decided to buy some fresh Pumpkin to cook it when I'm free. 

I bought the Pumpkin at Giant Kelana Jaya.

After cut the pumpkin into half, I can see the inner beauty of the pumpkin. 

So fresh and the golden color of the pumpkin really made my day ~ 

La La La ~ Going to cut you into the cube ~ 

It was so hard for me to cut the pumpkin skin using a knife.
My mom was helping me to cut it.
You are so great, my lovely mom !! =D

And my mom helped me to cut the rest. Haha ~ XD

The easiest part, cut the pumpkin into the cube size !!
I was very enjoying the process. ^-^

I bought some organic veggie (Siu Pak Choi) to cook for my lunch too. =D

Put all the pumpkin cubes into a cooking pot.
It's ready to cook !! =D

After half an hour.....

Another an hour....

Next time I should cut the pumpkin cube smaller so it can shorten the time to cook the pumpkin in soup. 

Hmmm..... Waiting ~ 

After around two hours and half passed, my pumpkin soup is done !!
Hoooray !! I can smell the victory !! The soup smells really good !!

Okay, this is my lunch of the day !!!
I'm so happy !!!

Steam Otak-Otak, my steam veggie with some fried onion soy sauce
+ Pumpkin soup + a boiled egg + the brown rice ~~~

A healthy day for me and my lovely body !!! =D 




















I kept some of the dishes to save it for my dinner.
I was so lazy to go out to have my dinner.

The different is I replaced my brown rice to Indo Mee ~
Yummy Yummy !!




I love cooking.
Sometimes, I love to spend my free time to cook whatever I like to cook.

The feeling is so great ~
Maybe I'm a good housewife in the future.
Muahaahahaha ~ XD

Went dinner with Wai Chieh.


At last I tried Manhattan Fish Market.

The fish is so fresh and yummy yummy !! =D

My First Lo♥e Cookies (Limited Edition)

I was thinking to make the cookies for long time ago. I did have interest on making cookies. So, I decided to buy a cookies recipe book to learn how to bake the cookies myself. I bought the book before Chinese New Year. Haha !! Now I only started to learn...

After I finish my class at 10.00am, I went to buy the cookies ingredients and the tools as I'm a beginner so I won't have anything to bake the cookies. Hehe !!

*I was taking the book and searching for the ingredients that I wanted in the bakery shop. Errrr...... I am still in beginner level. Haha !! *

*Hungry, went for Breakfast + Lunch at Own Town with my friend, Mira.*

*Small Cute came, went back to her house together as I want to borrow her oven to bake my cookies, Hehe... Before this went to Giant to buy some container and the molds. I forgot to buy at the bakery shop. =P*

Rest a while, and Start the work !!!!
