We had a great time with Josh's Arrow of Light ceremony. He has worked really hard these past few months. Tonight he goes on his first troop campout. Big brother Cam is going with them - I'm glad. Congratulations Josh!

A trip to the dentist
Levi went to the dentist for the first time yesterday. He was so cute. I kept asking him if he was worried and he'd say, "no, are you?" Anyway, we have a great dentist and staff, so they made his visit a nice one. And.... no cavities and a perfect bite! Actually, all three little boys have perfect bites. Dr. Bates said it just took that long to get it right and I said it took that long for my genes to simply peter out. Oh well, we'll keep our fingers crossed. Cam will be starting braces this summer probaby. You can't win them all I guess.

Playing catch-up
I had a wonderful Mother's Day. The pictures are to the right. Not pictured are the great body soaps that Becca and Katie made for me. Also Tony tells me he has a mug for me from ceramics class and it has been stolen twice! He says that's a compliment - if it wasn't any good, they'd just break it. 3 times the charm though, and he says it's almost ready to come home. Shiloh sent me a very nice card and Cam and Ryan pooled together for a very thopughtful card. Thanks you guys. I taught a class at a RS Women's Conf on Saturday and was so glad I had kids who were truly the desired results of the things I taught. I am so fortunate to have such great kids. I also spoke in church that Sunday and again was glad to have the "proof in the pudding". I feel very blessed to be a mother and am so grateful for mine and all that she taught me. I am also grateful for her great example of a wonderful grandma. I am also grateful for a righteous mother who raised James and helped to instill in him what he was looking for in a wife and mother.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day!

Well, Becca did turn 10!
What a cutie Becca was. I can see why everyone called her a porcelin doll. We sure have enjoyed her. She had muffins and eggs cooked by her dad for her breakfast and meat and "smashed potatoes" for her dinner on Mother's Day with G-Ma Jenkinson. She loved all her gifts and even got to take a road trip with James and Katie. She also went to the store and got some Littlest Petshop animals with the money from Grandma Lee. She had a great birthday and didn't go to school that week except on her birthday. She might be a little spoiled! :)
