These are pictures from the cub scout blue and gold banquet. This is Josh's piniata. He earned several belt loops and his bear badge, but wasn't awarded
it because the scout office was out of them. So, we'll try for a pic of that at the next pack meeting.
Becca was in this dance for an assembly at school. Renee Swecker is the one who does these musical performances. She is so good with the kids. Becca is wearing red pants and a white shirt.

Is it tomorrow yet?
Here are the wrestling pics and the Eagle Scout pics I promised several days ago. Shane did really well at regionals. He is not going to state but made a name for himself. Everyone wanted to know who this Lee kid was and where he came from. He lost both matches by very close scores and the two he wrestled were seated 3rd and
5th in state. Those boys ended up getting 1st and 3rd in the tournament. I guess during the second match, Shane was one move away from winning and the other coach kept yelling "stay away from him! Take the stall point, get out of there! Just stay away from him!" James said it was pretty cool. Anyway, Shane was very happy with his performance and I am glad it's all over. Both boys say they're looking forward to next year.

February is here
I can't remember if I mentioned that Tony placed 4th in his freshman tournament in wrestling. Anyway, he did. I don't have a pic of him on the podium, but I will get one of Shane and Tony together tonight. Shane placed 4th in sub-regionals and is headed for regionals this weekend. James is going to go with Tony, Cam, and Josh. It is in Sunnyside which is just outside of Yakima. This is a pic of him on the podium. Shane also just had his Eagle board of review and passed. He is officially an Eagle Scout. I'll post a pic of him later too. The videos are of our family FHE. We had a great time and I told the kids I'd send the videos to Grandma. So here they are Susan.

January is almost over!
Well, today was blog day. These are some videos I've been meaning to post. This is what happens when a 14 year old misses 2 days of school.
Levi playing with Cebu
Scripture reading - I showed this at our Sat session of conference during my talk. It was to give an example of our family's scripture reading. :)

Happy Birthday Levi!!!
I love it when the kids are still too young to know when their birthdays really are and we can celebrate when it's convenient for us. We were finally all able to gather for his birthday. Grandma came and we a had a wonderful, unrushed, time.
We had Hawaiian Haystacks for Levi's birthday dinner. He loves all the toppings and eats them all individually.
I love the look of concentration with his little tounge out. he gets that from his daddy.
Grandma got him a motorcycle that wheelies and plays a song. Levi calls all his motorcycles "daddy" and points to the seat. If you ask him where Levi sits he touches the back seat or back fender. It's so cute.
When I had Levi at Walmart to get his pics taken, he rode this bike around for about ten minutes and really got the hang of it. When it was time to go he cried all the way home, "bike, bike, bike, etc" James asked him what was wrong and he cried, "my bike, my bike". We knew we had found the perfect gift. He was so excited!
Koli decided he would make a pretty good present. Dad thought so too.
Levi does all the sounds for a number of animals, but for some reason, he says beep when you ask what an elephant says. The kids have tried to correct him numerous times but he insists an elephant says beep. So here's his beeping elephant.
Hppy Birthday Levi!
I included these because he is just so funny. James and I were headed to the Temple and Levi thought our cases would make a great motorcycle. Who needs real toys?!
