Here's the last of our photos. The latter half of our trip we went to the magical Redwoods. The drive there was beautiful and amazing! We went on this self-guided tour and saw all different kinds of cool things. Some of the trees had other trees growing on top of trees, some had fallen over and had trees growing over them, some were growing in an interesting formation and some were just incredibly huge. There was a sky tram through part of the woods that took us up to the top. The girls loved going on a ride.
We stopped at the beach for about 45 minutes on the way back from the beach and let the kids play for a bit. The sand was cool, black like pepper. Thankfully I had a change of clothes for the girls because after getting wet that sand would not come off! I also got some great candid shots of Shelby that I absolutely love.
Now that we're home, I think we've finally adjusted to life back in the real world. I think for the first couple of days we slept in until 9:00 because we had lost so much sleep! Now the girls are back to waking up at 6:15...UGH!

Oregon Trip, Part 1
Monday we returned home from a week-long trip to Oregon for a Thomas Family reunion. We had a blast and got to do lots of fun things. What follows is a deluge of pictures. There's only so much time in a day and this is as much as I can get done tonight. I didn't write much because the pictures tell it like it is anyway. Hopefully I'll get the next installment out in the next couple of days.

Shelby Sings Shrek
For some reason, Shelby has liked watching Shrek since she was little. This evening at the dinner table, she started singing the song, which I didn't even know she knew. She must have been practicing with Ben. Although it's not my favorite song for her to sing, I thought it was pretty funny watching her try to sing it.

Time
I didn't really have any intentions to change my background; I kind of liked it and I've been lazy about it. Then, today I noticed that it said FALL down the right side of it. Then I realized that it really was time for a change.
