I love my family! The Monsons are total hoots! We had a reunion at Estes Park this year. Beauty!
The picture above was taken at about midnight one night. It looks like my Grandma is falling alseep (maybe she was) but she kept up with the rest of us at 97 years young. There is always a lot of singing.
And game playing.
Intense bingo.
Great moments.
Isn't she the best!
Some how my parents got suckered into eating with the kids each meal while we sat at the next table and enjoyed the view. Also, McKay still talks about the chocolate milk at Colorado. Do I deprive my kids!?
Fun activities.
And the best company! Too bad we didn't get a shot of the whole Monson group. Each of my aunts/uncles and cousins are a total blast to be around. My grandparents started a very good thing. Yes I am pregnant. That looks a little strange!

Bear Lake
These are pictures of the Eyre reunion and the after math at Bear Lake. Looking through them though makes me realize how dominant and one dimensional they are! I was banking on getting copies of everyone's pictures but I haven't and so you get a dominant one dimensional view! I will be better prepared next year for copies or just take all the ones I want and have them in my camera! We love our time up at the lake.

Lyla turned 3!
Lyla's birthday falls right when we leave for Bear Lake for the summer so for all 3 birthdays we have had multiple celebrations. This year she was one lucky girl because she got to spend her birthday with both sets of grandparents, some cousins and her auntie Sherry! Wow, do we ever love this girl! She adds a lot of pizazz of this family!
When I asked her what kind of cake she wanted without hesitation she said she wanted one with strawberries and blueberries on top. That was her only request.
