WHAT TO DO ON A GOLF COURSE 101

Two of my roommates and I went to a local park/golf course and we went around and took some pics. Nicole was our photographer and Cyndil and I were the amazing models :) aren't we GREAT!! We all got really cold and one of these pictures are of me and Cyndil trying to stay warm when we were on our way back to the car. I can tell you that this was the best time of my college life... so far. I absolutely love spending time with these girls. There is no way that we could ever not have fun together :) Enjoy the pics; they were so fun to take. It was THE BEST DAY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh... and yes... that is my shoe.... :)

Flash Backs of Childhood

For a family home evening activity we went to the park and played some night games, but first we had to have fun with the swings. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to take a high swing and then twist around, and around, and around... it was a very stress reliving five minutes. I should go there again... hummm.... that is a good idea.

Picnic in the Elevator

At the end of last semester my roommates and I had dinner in one of the elevators on campus. It was soooo fun!!! It was the day after Easter so we had some yummy egg salad sandwich. My roommate Shelley was graduating and one of the things on her bucket list was to have a picnic in an elevator; so we surprised her with it. It was so fun. People kept coming to the elevator and just staring at us. It was quite funny :) Anyway, we had an experience that deserves the description of, "COOL BEANS!!!"

THANK GOODNESS FOR IBUPROPHEN!!

So this is the biggest bruise I've got on my body... so far (I'm sad you can't see the bad coloring very well, but it's HUMONGO!!). I was riding my horse, Oliver, in my horsemanship class and I wanted Oliver to start trotting, I don't know why he did it, but he decided he wanted to run and buck. Luckily I stayed on during the bucking part, but all of a sudden he stopped, which made me fly over Oliver's head. I don't know how I landed, but some how I rolled and landed on my feet (I thank my volleyball skills for that part). So I was on my feet and all I did was stand there, stare down my horse, and ask him, "What do you think you're doin?!" My instructor came running up to me and asked me if I was ok. I wanted look at him with my eyebrow raised and say... "ok?? No I'm not OKAY!" But all I said was, "I will be." I walked my soreness off, well part of it, and got back on my horse.

It didn't take very long for my multipul bruises to form, but last night it wasn't nearly this big!! I woke up so stiff! I could barely move! My lower back/buttocks area hurts like none other, my back hurts, my sides hurt when I laugh, I have bruises on both thighs, and right under my sholder blades hurt. So all in all... I HURT!!!

SUPER JOIE TO THE RESCUE!!!!!

So this is just my randomness.  My roommate Rachel is making a dress out of an older dress of hers. She cut some netting off her old dress, and I was really tired and hyper so I tied it across my shoulders and well... became Super Joie!!! It was very fun haha you should try and be a superhero some time; it's hard work haha!!!

Holey Wall

So I accidentally put my foot through a wall in my apartment. Yes, I was being dumb... but hey! What did you expect? I'm a walking disaster, both to myself and objects around me. I can't help it. LOL : D
Anyway I just wanted to document this wonderful learning experience. I will never try to walk up a wall again!!!

It is now fixed... I miss my best excitement of this semester. No more holey reminders... sadness.

NINJAS EVERYWHERE!!!

So last week was AMAZING!!! Even though I have been swamped with homework me and three of my roommates made time for FUN!!! We made a "love plate" and gave it to one of our friends, Jake Thomas. That name should sound familiar to you. If you've been reading my posts you would know that he was my, "crust material." Any way, so we made this love plate telling him of our "affection" for him. There were some major inside jokes brought up on that one single plate. It was FUN!!! Any way, so we were trying to tape it to his door so we wouldn't have to bother the movie that he was watching. When we were walking away, Olivia was running after us. We noticed that she stook out like a sore thumb because she was the wearing WHITE!!! Yeah trying to be sneaky/ninjaish and wearing white... at night... not the greatest idea ever Olivia! (We still love her).

So we came back home and pretended to be ninjas; we even gave each other ninja names. (back to front) Nicole aka: Nicoli; Shelly aka: Samari Searle; Olivia aka: The White Ninja; and Me aka: JoWAnna.
