We LOVE Japan!! ♥♥

Woke up bright and early on the morning of 14 Nov to catch our flight
to the beautiful land of Japan :)
This is us, all excited and raring to go!
We've been eagerly looking forward to this trip of ours for MONTHS
so one can only imagine our excitement :D:D

We had RAMEN...

...and MORE RAMEN!! :D:D

Day 3 - Hakone, Japan
Us in our yukata robes.

So we were in the cable car heading up the mountains in the afternoon.
It was also where we could get a breathtaking view of the majestic Mount Fuji.
And, that was when HE PROPOSED!!
I swear I never cried so much in my life before:')
So so touched and loved by this man :'):'

With the beautiful autumn leaves in Gora Park.

TOKYO DISNEYLAND
We had such a fun, wonderful and magical time we were BOTH
moved to tears :')

ICHIRAN RAMEN
Hands down, THE BEST RAMEN IN THE WORLD!!
It was sooo good we had to go back a 2nd time :D

Going on our eating and shopping spree in Shinjuku and Ginza
on the last full day of our trip.

Arrived home to a lovely surprise for us from both our siblings and cousins:')
We are both very touched by all the well wishes and
we thank you all for sharing our joy:)

And to my dearest husband-to-be, words can never fully express how
thankful and blessed to have you by my side.
You are a gift from God and I thank Him every day for sending you into my life.
I'm really looking forward to our wedding and
I can't wait for us to be spending the rest of our lives together

Week 4.

F1 weekend.
Really thankful for having won free passes to watch the action live!

Training for our upcoming Japan trip - Drinking sake...
...the Japanese way!

A trip down memory lane.
Forum the Shopping Mall holds a lot of childhood memories for me.
My mum used to send me (and my sis) for all kinds of contests back then.
At the age of 6, I went up on stage dressed as a little green tree and recited
a six-line nursery rhyme to hundreds, maybe thousands of people.
Amazingly enough, I won the top prize and til today, I still wonder how I did it.
So on this one Sunday, the boyfriend made me pose for a photo on this
very same stage to have me "re-live" the moment.
Hahaha:D

And of course, a selfie of us on stage:D

Children's Day school outing to S.E.A Aquarium.

Celebrated our 20 months by stuffing ourselves silly
with all these Japanese goodness!
Happy 20th monthsary, my Dear <3

Happy 20th birthday to my annoying-but-just-as-lovable baby sis <3
I know I'll always have your back, no matter what:)

Our lost adventure to Tree Top Walk on Hari Raya Haji:D:D
#EPIC
Love is, getting lost together:D

Kite Flying Day!

Great catch-up session with the ex-colleagues, Tracy and Wan over brunch.

Turning 26 on the 26th!

Two Saturdays ago, the boyfriend and I traded a day of swim teaching for
a massive cleanup of the new church.
Thank God for providing us with a new church location, and for
opportunities to serve Him.
We were also very thankful to have the rest of the afternoon to ourselves:)
We had an afternoon tea break, and even had time thereafter
for a little nap (a rarity indeed!).
Dropped by the cafe where my brother was working
for a little Sunday coffee break.
I can proudly say, no coffee tastes better than the one that's personally,
and lovingly made by the brother:)
So so proud of this little brother of mine!
AND THEN, THEY HAD TO SURPRISE ME WITH A BIRTHDAY CAKE!!!
The boyfriend, his family, and the brother decided to cook up
a little surprise early birthday celebration for me!
So surprised, and so so touched :')
I just had to upload of a photo of this cute little fellow.
Tim Tim boy, you simply crack everybody up :D
My birthday celebration with the family and loved ones
last Saturday night:)
Big and heartfelt thanks to my parents, my Godpa, my boyfriend,
my siblings and their SOs for celebrating the occasion with me :):)
So much love for my boyfriend, who had to rush off midway
through dinner to catch a flight to HK on that night:')
Nonetheless, there's always time for a SELFIE together! =D
So I turned 26 on the 26th!
Was so so thankful that he was able to fly back in time to celebrate
my actual birthday with me
(even though he was clearly exhausted from the trip) :')
Birthday spent with my favourite food,
and my most favourite person on earth <3<3
I cannot ask for more :')
Thank you for everything, Dear <3
Thank you for all your love and for making me feel special,
on my birthday and every day:)
I always wonder how I ever got so lucky, and I just thank God
for sending you into my life :')
Here's to many more birthdays together <3<3

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Been hit by a bout of illness and injuries over the past weeks.
Two weeks ago, I bumped into a glass sliding door at my workplace, resulting in bruises on my right eye and cheekbone.
Then three days ago, I came down with a case of food poisoning:/
So here I am, penning this post on my sick day off.
Sushi Galore in Singapore's Little Japan:)

Sake has officially become our favourite alcoholic drink:)
Feasted like King and Queens over a sumptuous and mouth-watering
Dim Sum lunch (with private room
 dine-in, some more)=D
Chomp Chomp Food is, hands down, Singapore's BEST
hawker food centre.
Enjoying Lychee Martini 1-for-1 on the eve of Hari Raya Puasa
at No. 5.
And so, the boyfriend and I have decided to embark on a
healthier lifestyle=D
Here's us enjoying a nature walk at Macritchie Reservoir:)
My OOTDs for my school's Racial Harmony Day (right),
and Hari Raya Puasa cum
International Friendship Day (left)
celebrations.

Oh, pic on left was taken just minutes before I bumped into
the glass sliding door:/
Chef Jimmy's self-created tomato-based Squid Ink Pasta
(with prawns, scallops, cherry tomatoes and capsicum),
complete with Pink Moscato:)
Happy 18 months!!
What better way to celebrate our 18th monthsary with a
three-hour karaoke session=)
Thank you Dear,
for being with me for the past 1.5 years, for better or worse <3<3 :)
Met up with my ever awesome girlfriend, Hui Jie on one of the weekday nights.
Always so happy to see this girl:)
And here's a LIKE-WE-ARE-ON-HOLIDAY pic of our fruity drinks.
Nice, right? =D
TOC Inter-CG Bowling Tournament on National Day eve.
And guess what?
WE WON!!!
Waterina Warriors are the CHAMPIONS!
It was sweet victory, especially after all the hard work, sweat and tears.
Thank You God, for granting us this win!
Went on another nature hiking adventure on National Day:)
Walked from Hort Park -> Telok Blangah Hill Park ->
Henderson Waves -> Mount Faber -> and back to Hort Park.
#anotheroneinthebag #towardshealthyliving
And thereafter, chilling with Singapore's local beer to celebrate
the nation's 49th birthday.
Our Sunday coffee fix at Forty Hands:)
So happy to be back here!
