Last friday, I was supposed to go out with, Aman, March, Dan and Chen How to celebrate Amas's BD and have dinner and maybe catch a movie or something. Just when it was time to meet, Dan called me and I just woke up. I told him I'll be there soon but when I got out of bed, my head felt terrible. It was like a blood rush only thing it lasted way longer. Damn! I wouldn't be able to make it for dinner. So I sms March and told him I couldn't go cos I was feeling well. Kinda sad cos I would be alone at home without food. Even if there was food, I had to prepare and cook it myself which I had not much ability to do so at that time. This was about 8plus in the evening...
Then at about 8.40pm, Roslyn msged me and asked if I was gonna watch Golden Road, the drama series on channel 8 and asked me to help her record it down(since I had the DVD record box for cable) as she said she was going out already and wouldn't be able to watch it. It wasn't much to do so I did it and went to watch TV while waiting for my parents to come back with some food. At about 9.10pm, there was a knock on my door and to my surprise, it was her! The sweetest girl ever! ROSLYN! HAHA! She coming over was a surprise already but she even bought me dinner! Hong Kong noodles and Chicken Wings! Thats sooooo sweet and nice of her!
So she watched me eat and we watched Golden Road together =) Sad thing was she had to go off at 12 to meet her friends =( But I still got to spend some time with her which made me really really happy!
I finished school at 12pm today and went to buy lunch at prime area. Walking through the wet market and hearing the conversations and laughter of the stall keepers made me feel like theres nothing bad in this world. The smell of raw meat and vegetables, though not pleasant to some brought a sense of peace to me. HAHA! It sounds ridiculous but its true. Some people find peace by going to the beach or something else. I find it at wet markets! HAHA!
So anyway, its been quite awhile since I last blogged. I wouldn't say I have been busy cos I wasn't. Just that I had other things I wanted to do first. Things like packing my room and meeting up with the guys (which is getting lesser and lesser) and I 'try' to meet toad as much as I can even if its just for a short while cos school has started for the both of us.
Surprisingly, even though its a new year, some old habits die hard. I'm not talking about MY habits but more of the people around me. Some people are still always late. Some just refuse to do anything. I mean, all I'm asking for if you are gonna be late is at least SAY you're gonna be late be it a simple sms or a call. How hard is that??? Even if you ARE gonna be late, you shouldn't be over an hour late. Come on! Thats really too much! Don't they feel bad or shy making someone(s) wait for them for over an hour? The worse is they don't even tell you that they are gonna be late!
Only a lil over a month left till I end sch and it'll be exams time. Can't wait can't wait! Not that I like exams but it'll probably be one of the last exams I'm ever gonna take. YAY! Gotta go now. Spontaneous friend favour (SFF)...
