No, I haven't got a job :) My tagboard is down and I can't view replies.
Anyway, I went to 'Shop N Save' with my mum and dad one day and asked them to buy strawberries which costs freaking expensive. $6.30 for a bowl only!? My mum was like : "I don't dare to eat ah, so expensive." Although some of the strawberries are full and fat, some of them were petite. Some tasted sweet, some tasted sour lol. So my advise to everybody is to buy strawberries when it is discounted :)
Today I went back to my secondary school for a class outing, mainly. We were neither enthusiastic nor excited about going back to meet teachers. We wanted to eat hokkien mee from our newly renovated canteen because last year we didn't have a proper canteen. Unfortunately, the school canteen closed. Oh well, how wonderful.
Then, we went to catch "The Last Legion" after lunch. It wasn't as nice as how the poster looked like lol. And I fell asleep a few times throughout the show probably due to the short hours I've slept last night.
After movie, we had nothing to do so we went Holland V. It was my first time I actually walked in. We went to Gelare cafe :)
Some pictures of Shuyu, Cassie & me :)
Shuyu and I shared yummy waffle topped with cookies and creme ice cream with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Totally sinful, but I don't regret it :)
The bigger one is Sherwin's waffle topped with chocolate ice cream + whipped cream and chocolate sauce. :)
When I reached home, I was so tired that I slept on my bed for an hour. And I'm supposed to be "rich" for this week. I don't know how did I spent money that I'm now penniless.
Like that how to shop for things that I like? =( Oh ya, the rat animation movie was good. Caught it yesterday. :)
I want to shop badly =(
I want to shop till I drop. I really do. Haven't done that for ages. I want many things.
Sigh.
I want to sleep already.
Piano exam is OVER
Monday, August 27, 2007
O_o Blogger has a video function now? Or is it me who is slow -.-
Earlier on this morning I had my piano exams. I think my overall performance was quite alright. Before the examinations I was so scared that I couldn't bring out my right hand melody because it hurts. Funny thing is, before the exam, it actually healed, thankfully :)
For the 3 pieces I had some minor slips but I think it was much better than my previous exam. And for scales, everything went well except the B flat major third apart & diminished 7th. I think I screwed up those parts. For sight-read, I didn't really follow the rhythm. I was following more on notes.
And lastly, aural. Singing bass line - Totally cannot make it Cadences - OK! Sight-sing - Followed the rhythm but went out of tune Modulation - There were 2 modulations, and I think I couldn't figure out 1. Identifying period of music - OK!
So hopefully, I get a pass grade with higher marks as I've failed once already. =)
Anyway, these are some photos from Agnes's birthday. I didn't take any picture with that beautiful lady because she was too busy entertaining her guests but I did take pictures of the cafe which is named "Miss Clarity Cafe". The cafe has many newspaper reportings and I guess the food's good there? Unfotunately the buffet weren't all from the cafe itself.
This is the exit.
The tables were filled up with flower petals. It was pretty at first, but after everybody gets their food and dirtied the table, the flower petals became torn and looked untidy on the table.
This is the "icon" for the cafe. Sorry that it's slanted.
And lastly, the chalkboard which Agnes's friends decorated.

Hello Kitty Special
Thursday, August 23, 2007
I was looking at a forwarded chain mail sent by Agnes this afternoon. The chain mail contained pictures of a hotel room which had Hello Kitty everywhere.
I do like Hello Kitty, but not as much as last time. Remember the Mcdonalds craze whereby everybody queued up for those Hello Kitty wedding set plushies? I have the full set! Many thanks to my mummy who helped me queue up for it!
My eldest brother had also bought me a set of Hello Kitty figurines, which I always played when I was in primary school.
Oh, and there's this Hello Kitty mug whereby you pour hot water in it, it changes colour to light purple from dark blue. I thought it was cool and bought it haha. Unfortunately, my father broke it one day =(
Received alot of Hello Kitty products as gifts and presents when I was younger. Bags, figurines, dolls, keychains, stickers, bedsheet, cups, tupperware, cushion, comb, mini pail & even a FM/AM radio. I sure do have a vast collection of Hello Kitty products!
Here are some electronic applicances I want in my future house, I hope. Lol, and I'm moving house in less than ten years' time. Maybe I can get some next time! Heh!
Firstly, the hello kitty toaster :)
Then the rice cooker :)
Next, the cooking pot.
Fancy any coffee, anybody?
Everybody loves waffles :)
If you like pop-corn, there's a pop-corn maker for you. Tired of boring sandwiches? Here's a sandwich maker/toaster :)
Here's the ice cube maker (I forgot the word for it)
Instead of normal tupperwares, why not invest in something cute?
Seriously, if I had such cute equipment or electronical applicances in the kitchen, I don't mind cooking/baking everyday :D
And I do notice something, Hello Kitty likes pink. I do, too XD
Post exams
Today I woke up at 12pm :) But that's like only 9hours of sleep :'( I could have slept more!
I was practising my piano this noon. Exams after exam, oh my tian! And a competition on 9th September. Then the rest of the day I was playing "Theme hospital". Damn addictive can. Mummy asked me to look for a job, but 70% of me wants to stay at home. I think I will watch crunchyroll whole day and go to the gym if I don't work :P
Oh and I cut my hair after my POA exam ended yesterday. Haven't took any pictures. Probably will, soon. Haha. And oh my tian again, I actually did wrongly for my 14marks Weighted Average Question. But then it doesn't really bothers me because I'm not aiming high haha.
Was looking at Wiki the other day on Harry Potter. I actually told Sherwin I may read all the books on Harry Potter during my holidays. Seems that it's just an impulse to do so lol.
Agnes's birthday is coming soon. Have to get something for her. The dresscode of her birthday party is anything in pink. How cool :)
Cute, ain't it? Cassie took these adorable painted furnitures on her trip to Thailand long ago because she thought that I might like it. Sweet right? Decided to upload and flaunt it haha.
Exam blues
Sunday, August 19, 2007
Exam blues now. And tomorrow's Monday. I wiill be having macroeconomics exam tomorrow.
Business Law paper was quite okay, all questions are "do"-able. BMGT paper on Saturday was horrendous, I don't even know what I was writing and it seemed like what I've studied came out like only less than half.
I'm supposed to be studying now, but somehow lost my momentum. Arghhh.
The weather nowadays are getting cooler, I like :) My cough hasn't recovered yet, like for 2 weeks already :'( And my parents kept forbidding me to drink cold drinks like orange juice, guava yoghurt drink, strawberry milk and don't even allow me to eat orange! Then they made me drink awful cough medicines you know those brown liquid? *pukes* But true enough, it sorts of get better. How contradicting.
Oh and during business law exam, I wanted to cough but I resisted. The classroom was so quiet, and surprisingly nobody had coughs on that day because normally there would be one or two coughing during exams. -.-"
I want to meet my friends & my dear! Haven't met up with darling for so long, but luckily there's webcam. =(
I want Tuesday to come!
What have I been up to?
Tuesday, August 14, 2007
Beats me. I've been waking up at 11am everyday and watching television till 1pm or so then I'll start studying for like one or two hours and that's it.
OMG, I'm having an exam on FRIDAY lah!! And it's not say like 20% or 30%, it's freaking 50%!!!!
Anyway, I'm not as concerned with grades now as I used to be back in secondary school days. Maybe I've lost my motivation or what (-.-" motivation makes me think of BMGT) Back then, I woke up at 9am everyday and study like crazy. I paste notes everywhere in my room and read them before I go to sleep or walk past them. But now?
OMG! I'm like a pig la =( "Oink oink!" -.-"
Or should I bluff myself that "this is the poly culture"~?
1 week passed in a blink of eye. I'm awaiting for next Tuesday :) Then I shall decide what should I do during the 2 months break although I feel that I'm already on a break now. =X
People, next time when you buy something you like. Hide it. Then after a period of time, you would then forget about it. And when you remembered that you bought something you like, it would be like a "pleasant surprise".
That happened to me today when I realised I had hidden a top I bought early this year. The reason why I hid it was because I didn't want my mum to find out because I was spending alot of money that period.
This is my new desktop featuring my favourite character, Osaka from Azumanga Daioh :)

I've got a stinko flu on Tuesday till now. Then yesterday I've got a fever which was 38.4 degrees!
Today I'm ok, but I'm having alot of irritating phlegm!
Anyway, I'm supposed to be studying but I'm blogging. I only spent like 1/24 of the whole day or lesser on studying lah. I'm like so dead. =(

Happy 200th Post!
BCA's over :) No more freaking excel!
It's not rusting part 2
Sunday, August 05, 2007
Anyway, Friday was the last LMS/IAC lesson... So we took some photos :)
This is only half of the class of T89. The other half went home or were still in class.
The 4 of us :) Bee Ling, Mei Ling and Yen Ling - all the ling's except me.
Then after that I went to meet Sherwin. Wanted to eat at Botak Jones @ Clementi but it was full! So we went to Arnold's Chicken at Paya Lebar.
This is my lunch/dinner. It's half a spring chicken which costs only $4.90! (Better than KFC I think)
This is Sherwin's one whole spring chicken set. It's not expensive too. $8.90? for 1 whole chicken!
Went to Japanese Tsubassa Club then but left halfway because we weren't interested in the movie.
Yesterday was slack day. I only read a little on BCA & then the rest of it I was playing theme hospital and online.
Today? Not so sure though. But I've practised through the revision that BCA teacher gave :)
It's not rusting part 1
Friday, August 03, 2007
I'm MIA-ing? No la, of course! That's because there's nothing interesting to blog! Or maybe there are too many things to blog so I shall make a "It's not rusting part 2" entry tomorow :)
Anyway, this week is rather slack because of revision lectures and super summarised tutorials. And there's no BCA this week because there will be a final exam for it on Monday.
I have no freaking idea why I don't feel stressful now. Perhaps I will, after today =/
Compare the Monday's POA revision lecture with Thursday's Macroeconomics revision lecture.

Yesterday went shopping? with Celeste & Sook Chen at Queensway Shopping Centre. They were supposed to look for bags but I think the bags there weren't their style... So we each bought pants instead :)
At least we bought something luh! If not poor Celeste had to embark on her journey from Queensway to Hougang and change bus to Seng Kang again. Total hours taken for whole journey = 2hours. Well done!
To think we only shopped for an hour plus; which was supposed to be longer!
Anyway here are some pictures taken last week or maybe this week.
This is taken on a bus when I was trying on Sherwin's Eltech goggles. Like so cool, but I've no idea that there's a malay guy sleeping behind me...
VS The duel between the pro and the noob. Spot the pro! (Hint:Left side)
Just kidding, actually we are twins :) I'm still on the left side.
This is Yibei's belated birthday present. Hope she likes the sleeping teddy box with double chocolate cookies :D
These "pretty" pictures are proudly taken by Celeste, the noob.
Sook Chen is always emo-ing, so she only likes to take photo with 3 of us. Hardly can I find a picture taken with her =( Why ar, ah zhen?
