Another piece of fabric that I'm waiting for....it's a waffle weave - which I just love, like an Autumn version of seersucker!

I found these cute Golden Books for 50 cents each, well worth $2.00, just for the pictures alone, I adore the illustrations, but find the text really dated and a bit cumbersome to read, quite tempted to cut these up and make my own story line with the pictures.

Goodies finally arrived from Austen G in Canada. Love this pinni, and the soft pillow for Miss P is a big hit. I've always wanted a personlised diary, and this one is great because it has no lines, so I can do some doodles to illustrate how I'm feeling, much better sometimes! Thanks Austen - oh and not sure what the sweets were - some kind of Canadian thing??
