37 weeks ultrasound
We went back to get another ultrasound this week to see how big the baby was getting. He's a healthy 6lbs 3oz now, and has plenty of fluids. So not huge thank goodness, but he still has 3 weeks to percolate so hopefully he won't put on too much more weight! This first photo is of his face, I think it looks really creepy, but he was moving around a lot, but still, ew!
And another little foot! He has a spot that he really likes to push out on and he started doing it during the ultrasound so I asked the tech what it was that was pushing and she got this pic of his foot! It was a lot better than the other one she had taken before. She said that his foot is 3in long, which seems big to me but who knows.
After the ultrasound I met with my doctor. She's planning on being out of town the 14-18 of April, of course I'm due the 16th so we are planning on inducing on the 12th or 13th (I'm rooting for the 12th since it will be a great birthday date - 4/12/12, and of course the 13th just happens to be Friday the 13th :( But I'll find out next week what day exactly, so keep your fingers crossed! But the doctor always sounds optimistic that I won't make it all the way to my due date anyway so we'll see if that's even an issue.

Oh yeah, we're moving again
I totally forgot to post about the exciting news we got last week. On Tuesday Travis flew out to St. Louis for an interview at the Enterprise Headquarters for a position as an internal auditor. He had to stay the night and got back late on Wednesday and surprisingly they called him up on Thursday and offered him the job! We were pretty shocked. It was one of those things that just didn't really seam like it would happen, we were just going through the motions of applying and interviewing. So we were really excited for Travis to get the promotion! We'll be moving out there middle of May and Travis will start work on the 21st. The hardest part is going to be finding a place. We've done a TON of looking online, but it's still a little far away from being able to actually pick a place since we still have almost 2 months till we move. And since I'm too pregnant to fly now we can't go out there to check things out in person, and the baby will be too young to go when it gets closer to move time, so Travis will have to go alone :( But I trust him, and I will be making a list of things I want to know about each place before we decide on anything. So we will be moving far from family and friends soon, but we are excited to be close to church sites and to go places we haven't, and since Travis will be traveling for this job every other month or so hopefully I'll be able to fly out to visit my mom and sister every once in a while with the babe! Crazy how things can change in a flash!
Almost 37 Weeks
So on Monday I will be officially 37 weeks! I also have my 4th ultrasound on Monday. We're going to be finding out how big the baby is getting and talk about inducing if he is big. All I know is that if 3 weeks gets turned into 2 weeks of waiting I will be thrilled! We went and saw The Hunger Games today and in repayment Baby B has decided to squat down and put all his little baby wait on my pelvic bone. So I feel like I'm having one long permanent contraction. What a fun little baby, :( Anyway here are the last two weeks of pictures and I'll add tomorrows soon too. We finally uploaded all of Travis pictures from his camera, it took like 2 seconds once we decided to do it. Man we're lazy, there were pics from like a year ago on it! Well here I am, huge as usual:

Baby Update
So I just went to the doctor on Monday and I am once again measuring about a week ahead, 35 cm at 34 weeks. Since the baby seems to be getting really big and I'm so tiny she said that they'll probably have me do another ultrasound in 2 or 3 weeks to see how big he is and if he's ready to come! The earliest they can induce is at 39 weeks because of the new laws in place but a week early sounds great to me! So we may be seeing Baby B in early April now and we're really excited!
Here are a couple of pics from the last weeks:

If I look beat it's because we just got out of church, which is hard enough to sit through with that thing, but we also have church from 2-5, the worst time ever...nap time! But I've really been trying to take pics every Sunday so we can see how huge I can get these last 5 weeks, oh joy. :)

Third Trimester Ultrasound
So yesterday we went in for our last ultrasound before the baby comes! For some reason the ultrasound tech said that I had been measuring small, but my doctor had told me that I was doing great and measuring a week ahead...? Anyway, she measured the fluids around the baby and took his measurements too and everything looks great! He's about 4 lbs 2 oz right now and in the 50th percentile, which I think is great for how small I am :) We got a few pics to take home but he wouldn't let the tech get a shot of his face, he's already facing down and toward my back. He kept putting his little hands in front of his face, he's stubborn already!
And his little foot, so perfect looking!
The rest of the pictures weren't very interesting, just some shots of arm and leg bones and the top of his head all for measurements, but it was nice to know that he's doing well and already turned. Travis asked if he could still flip around but the tech said he's pretty wedged in there, but baby's can do some crazy things so you never know! I don't think he'll move now though, he's been that way for a long while now, at least he's been kicking my ribs for a long while now :)
You can see his face a little here, his fist is right in front of his nose and eyes, silly boy.
Just thought I should update, sorry there are no belly shots, I don't get ready for the day often enough to get one! - Oh, and he has a little hair on his head too!

For Christmas this year and like every year we went to my mom's in Utah and met up with my sister and her family. Travis and my brother-in-law love to go skiing, this year was a little bit of a bust only because there wasn't much snow but they still had a great time.

We had our traditional Beef Wellington dinner, which Jess made all by herself, while I took a snooze - oh the joys of being pregnant!

So amazingly delicious!! And of course we did matching PJ's to open on Christmas Eve, here are my sweet nephews and my sister - so cute!

Christmas day was getting up early for 9 o'clock church, which was just a musical presentation, but a great way to start the morning. Then back home to return to pj's, make amazing french toast for breakfast and start opening presents! Britton helped his dad pass out presents, which consisted of John telling Britton who the present was for and Britton standing a few feet away from said person and tossing it to them, no matter how big or heavy it was! Hysterical!

Tay Tay made Jess and me these sweet pillows that she painted tree trunks on and then stitched our names on in little hearts (like they were carved into the trees) and the little green leaves represent our children. Jess and John have 3 little leaves and Travis and I have a little blank one to fill in soon! Best gift!

My sweet sweet mom, isn't she just beautiful?! And Travis and I opening our gift from her, which was a bread maker that we can't wait to try out. Yum!

Baby B also got quite a few presents, including this sweet little pack of Peter Rabbit books that I use to love when I was little. Probably because they are super tiny and I love anything that is really small. And I love this pic of me and Trav!

After the chaos! with basketball in the background and everyone ready to head back to their rooms for a good nap. What a wonderful Christmas!

Best Christmas moment: As we all just sat around one afternoon Travis, Britton, Steve (a friend of mom's) and I were sitting around the table just hanging out. I looked up at Britton and asked "What's in my tummy Britton?" as usual his cute response was "Your baby!" Steve was sitting just next to Britton and smiled and asked "How did it get there?" after a short pause (everyone thinking Britton would just say I dont' know) Britton responded, pointing to Travis, "Travis put it there!" We were all a little shocked before we started to die laughing. We turned to my sister who was on the couch folding laundry and asked what she had been teaching B! She was just as shocked as the rest of us and said "Obviously just the facts!"
Needless to say we didn't question Britton again about how the baby got in my tummy!
Merry Christmas!
