Here it is, the one you've been waiting for probably since 2005 when I first
shared out this record. This is a great collection of songs with a winter theme, not necessarily Christmas, but there are plenty of songs here that fit right into your holiday celebration. There's nothing I can say about this that hasn't been said earlier, probably by me sometime over the past seven years, but here it is in what I hope is better sound, higher bitrate, better scan, etc, etc, etc. Please enjoy

And now, just to show you my heart's in the right place, how would you like the rest of the set, for the first time ever around these parts? That's right, I finally got around to ripping the other seasonal albums that Ray and the gang put out between 1954 and 1957. They're not all that rare, but having all four of them in one place to record and scan them always seemed to be a challenge to me. So get 'em while they're hot. I know they're not Christmas, but you can hold onto them until the appropriate season. Up first is
The Ray Charles Singers-
Spring Is Here (MGM E3162, Mono, 1956).

Next up is a collection of summer songs.
The Ray Charles Singers-
Summertime (MGM E3529, Mono, 1957). More of the same, really.

And last but not least is their ode to Fall, the season so nice, they named it twice.
The Ray Charles Singers-
Autumn Nocturne (MGM E3145, Mono, 1954). You have no idea how hard it was for me to tear myself away from the Christmas music long enough to finish up the details on these non-Christmas records. I recorded them back near the beginning of the year, but I sat down tonight and did all the artwork. I hope you enjoy the music.

PS-Don't forget that The Ray Charles Singers had an honest-to-goodness Christmas album that I
shared out in a remastered version earlier this year. Also, sometime in the midst of the run of these records, they also issued a collection of French songs. I have it, but I haven't recorded or even listened to it. Sorry.
