Wow, This is the first time I logged in my blog ever since my last post which was on 24 Feb 2009. I didn't realize that it's been almost 2 1/2 years I m not updating my blog!!!
I must admit that Facebook has occupied most of my cyber time and totally forgotten about my blog. Before signing up in Facebook, I spent some of my leisure time in my blog sharing my life, my view, food, jokes etc with my friends. It still fresh in my mind, a few years back when we were very active in blogging and the very first thing we all did whenever we connected in the internet was logged in to our blog and view our friends' blog see any new post or new comments. I just missed that moment!
Those were the day and currently all of us has own Facebook account. Blogging is not popular anymore. I think that's the trend in which many of us would neglect our old stuff while put more time in the new gadgets. Sad to say that I am one of those category.
What to do? That's life, my friend...

Update on my room leakage
As you could see from the picture above that I have managed to ask the contractor whom was introduced by mr. tee to repair my leakage problem in my bedroom. In order to identify accurately the cause of the leakage, the contractor informed me that he had to cut a portion of the ceiling. I have to say "OK, go ahead" reluctantly... :-(
As long as the leakage problem can solve and ease my headache over the past one year, I am willingly to do anything he told...but of course NOT all lar...haha..
It was repaired after Chinese New Year and I have to take one day leave to accompany them to do the repair. I have to ask my brother to repaint the wall probably in the next few months when he is free.

Raining Whole Day
It was raining whole day since yesterday morning, 10/1/2009 and now still raining although it's not that heavy. I hate raining as I am easily get wet even though using an ambrella when get out from the car. But that's not the main reason but instead I am more worry about something which you could see from the photos below:-
The ceiling in my bedroom is leaking everytime after heavy rain and it caused holes on the ceiling which I circle in the photo.
The rain water has seriously eroded the paint on my bedroom's wall.
The rain water keep flowing to the floor. I have to move my shelves and put a towel onto the wall.
In fact, this has been going on for quite sometime, ever since I moved in May 2006. I did asked someone to check my roof once but he said everyting is ok. My neighbour was also facing the same problem and the condition is still the same after some repaired when my brother asked them a few days ago.
I am going to ask the repairer again and hope that this time my problem could solve completely.

Today is My Father's 5th Anniversary of his death
I didn't realize that my father had passed on for 5 years today since 2004. Today, 6/1/2009 is his 5th anniversary and his smile was still fresh in my mind.
I am so proud to have him as my father and I will never forget what he had taught me to become who I am today. Although sometimes I was angry with him when being scolded but deep in my heart I knew that he was really care for me.
I think most of my friends would agreed with me that my father was a nice, easy going and very approachable person. He could easily mixed around with my friends, making jokes with them and even being the mahjong sifu for some of them.:-)
Now he is not with me anymore but I will never ever forget him and his love to me. If I could turn back the time, I would definitely spend more time with him during his last few years when he was sick.
Daddy I love you!

Report On 1st Training At Mount Singai
Stephen picked me up at around 7.00am this morning and we headed to MJC to fetch ah Too. We had our breakfast at the coffee shop nearby before drove up to Mount Singai.
We reached there around 8.00am and 3 of us were eagerly to walk up to Mount Singai as fast as possible. Stephen informed us that we need to take one plastic bag of sand which is about 1-2 kgs all the way up to the mountain.
We thought it was an easy trip but much to our surprise it's the other way round. We had to stop at each check point to relax ourselves and also to make our breathing smoother before proceeding to the next check point. Hey no jokes BMs... although we did played games like squash or badminton but let me correct all of you, hiking is much much tougher than running around the court or jogging in the park.
We were sweating like a buffalo at paddy field. You could see our tiring yet 'energetic' faces from the photo above. Although it's tough but our determination made us through to the church and it took us about an hour to reach there. We were indeed very very tired and we sat at the wooden couch for more than an hour before we proceeded to go down. This time it's much easier for us and we didn't stop at any check point and it took us only 15 minutes to reach our car.
This time we didn't make it to the summit as our stamina would not allow us to do so. Hope that we could do it soon after we build up our stamina by jogging.
After this 1st training and we look forward to our 2nd training and hope that our Paul could follow us in the next trip....
Here I do hope that our BMs in Sibu, Joe & Dr. Lau and in Miri, ah Ming.... please start your training immediately.....
Cheers...See You At The TOP...........
My Home Internet Connection
It has been many years I didn't have internet access at home even before I moved into my new house in May 2006. Therefore I only could search internet during my office hours from Monday to Friday.
Last week Wednesday, I was informed by one of my regular badminton friends that there was a promotion for streamyx which only cost RM60 per month and unlimited access to internet. Without much hesitation I decided to register one at my house for the coming new year.
Today, 3/1/2009, afternoon I am officially have my own internet access at home for the first time since I moved in two & half years ago.
Of course need not to mention how happy and excited I am after my friend successfully installed my router for me just now...Hooray......

1st Pre Mount KK Training - Mount Singai
Tomorrow morning, 3/1/2009 around 8.00am, myself, MGB & Ah Too start our pre Mount KK training as we are well aware that it's less than 4 months from our actual which is even tougher and challenging journey to the top of Mount KK. We have eventually set our first climbing target at Mount Singai. Maybe some of you from outside Kuching do not know where is Mount Singai and below here is some details of it.
Mount Singai (1843 ft or 562 m) is located in between Bau & Matang area and it's approximate 30 minutes drive from Kuching city. There is a Catholic memorial & pilgrimage centre is located in the middle of this small mountain and is regarded as a holy place......so no fooling around while climbing....
The path to the top of the Church is a well built wooden stairs, a little slippery and shaky but I am sure we could make it through.
On the way up, there are 14 small check points, and each check point there is a Cross with short story of Jesus.
Well, the Church is not the summit yet. We could still can continue climbing to the top... but the path is not as easy as the first part and it's just like jungle trekking without wooden stairs. In order for us to conquer Mount KK, I sincerely think that we must get through this, no matter how tough it is.....so to all the BMs... see you at the TOP......
