Mag is right...it is time to move on. LA was amazing..the memories stay..but now, it's really time to settle back home and start working hard for my goals once again. no point dwelling on LA, just be thankful for the short-lived but wonderful stay there..:)

the weekend has been pretty good...finally got down to doing some work. but there is really still A LOT to clear..it's ok.. step by step, one by one...i dun wanna get as stressed up as the previous semesters...i think i am old enough to manage it better..

being in a relationship is tough. but its all about ur choice. if u choose to hang on, make sure u do wat u said u'd do...otherwise, u'll be letting the other party down. i shall try to live by that...move on from the past...look into the future.

where has the sun gone to? it just keeps raining and drizzling...there goes my plan to exercise more and be fit...maybe..the sky is waiting for some things to clear before it decides to grant me its rays...some things are just so strange...some feelings are just impossible to mask...some things gone the wrong way will never be the same again...no matter how u try to hide it and pretend nothing has happened..sometimes, life is just so......

now i am just looking forward to the term break when i can have sm relief from a certain module..its a pain. and i wan to escape again...

i am no longer myself...i have joined the oversleeping club. DAMN.

i remember 'breakaway' played on the radio on one of our drives, i remember the station we listened to, i remember the song that kept us in the car, i remember the songs we listened to on the player at the apt, i remember the song that we were all thinking abt on that last morning...

din get to try imperial treasure as planned.. waited for crystal jade instead... xiaolongbao is as good as ever..i simply LOVE xiaolongbao!!! haha.. erm yup..as usual, talk a lot a lot..catching up and stuff...oh yes...i'm still the earliest! we realised kw took out her braces..urps..haha..i din realise the last time i saw her..HAHAHA...gave fiona her present...her fourth pair of slippers...and a notebook...and then she left to send her fren off..after that, we embarked on our plan to celebrate zhenni's bday...mj was kinda blur about it...cos she was talking to zhenni while the rest o us decided where to go and stuff..wahaha...its kind of funny..tell u when u come back k! haha..oh yes..mj came like 2 hrs late cos she was stuck in a jam...thanks to the fireworks...reminded me of all the jams we had in LA..haha..wanted to go to this dessert place called candele i think..but it was too small..so we went to coffee club...chocolate fondue and triple chocolate a la mode or smthing liddat..basically just brownie w ice cream lar..haha..tt was zhenni's 'cake'..chatted somemore, found out abt kw's daytona too..

oh yes..wait fer seekee to upload the pics! haha...it was a nice night out!!! 4 more weeks to go...hehheh...:)

and so, the schedule is completely changed. but there are some things added that will restore that balance in my life...school doesnt feel like school when i am not going for classes with kim..hopefully everything settles down soon...

i just realised that i can actually plan my schedule such that i graduate this semester! my gosh...
but a pity i doubt we can finish our FYP this semester..so i guess its no point taking all this sem lar..haha...den next sem can take some modules to learn extra stuff also..haha..hopefully...first time subject reg giving me such a headache..haha...

yesterday was a BAD day. SIGH. nightmare.

i still cannot decide on my modules..BIG SIGH..i dunno if i can cope with all...cos all are super demanding..and i am already feeling it..

whats more, i don't stay in hall...

bring me back to LA..away from this stress..:(

after my first proper lesson in sch on friday, i met up with wendy and khai fer lunch at mushroom pot at Orchard Point..the food was not bad..its a quiet place...nice for a quiet chit-chat..haha...:)

and after that, we headed to mag's to slack ard and also help out a bit fer her bday party! so much yummy food at the party! haha.. i think the white wine was superb and the cake was so nice!! haha... ate qt a bit..it was really nice to see the others again..:)

saturday!! back to the waters!! tried advantage kayak...:) k2 with kaiwen! lucky she was stable enough..cos it has been abt 2 years since i last paddled..and its the first time i tried the ak..it was qt fun lar..felt really good..at least we stayed on the boat..and we were even able to save ppl...kw must be qt pro...cos when she held the other boat during the saving, i actually felt qt stable on our own boat..amazing..looking forward to next sat! haha...:) long run in the evening...

tried cooking linguine with alfredo sauce, chicken and broccoli with dear today! not too bad for a first time...but lacked the taste..haha...and we had too much linguine...i seriously suspect tt my stomach expanded over the summer..cos i ate qt a lot!!! gosh..this is no good..haha..and i am still trying to kick that snacking habit i acquired in US..haha..it wld have been much easier in hall..

and i seriously need to start settling down and getting serious...

wonderful day yesterday!!!!!!!

met up with zesamine for lunch. though it was really short..but we talked so much! haha..it was really nice..like no awkwardness...just a nice lunch with a good old fren..argh..she is gg to sweden this weekend...wanna meet up with her also cannot le....

had tuition and then met up with ga...watched jay's "secret"...it was not bad i must say, but i think the other movie he wanted to watch shld be better..haha..too bad he assumed that i wanna watch secret..after that, we had dinner at the ulu restaurant near mandai road...the food was good and cheap..and no service charge..highly recommended..:) it's called the forrest restaurant..but its not accessible though..need to drive or take cab...yum...den chilled out at lower seletar reservoir..haha..the weather was great, could see many stars and we just had a nice long chat...i'm so glad tt i have 'brothers' like him..whom i can cu4 xi1 tan2 xin1 with...:)

came back and had a long chat with shoe on skype!!! HAHAHA...wat a nice way to end my day..

gg for my first lesson of the semester soon :) family bbq tonight! YAY :)

on the same day that i touched down, i visited my grandparents and went for zheng chuan's birthday party. it was nice seeing people again..people from primary school...:)

i went to queensway to get my shoes! haha.. i dunno why but i always tend to like the older models..haiyo...i cun stand the color of the newer version o the shoes...i still cant believed my old pair was so overused that the wire came out...bumped into ga at queensway..or rather, he saw me but i din notice him..:P

slowly settling down..the rest of the time was spent unpacking stuff i moved back from hall. my cupboard is bursting.. had to throw away qt some stuff..but still a lot left...SIGH...

i am back in singapore!!! touched down ard 1 am...thankfully, i slept well and I am not jetlagging..haha..it feels really weird to be back here.

and i am missing shoe a lot!!! it is so weird cos i've been seeing her everyday for the past few weeks and now we are so far apart, and i cannot see her!!!

and because i almost did not SMS in US, now it feels really weird cos i cant seem to revert to my pre-US self..haha..

currently a bit incoherrent and i am still trying to get used to the lower level of energy the ppl ard me are having compared to shoe, amanda etc back in the US..haha..it feels so sian here actually..oh well, at least i was greeted by a nice msg when i came online early this morning...:)

a few weeks back, i din wanna leave home. now i dun feel like leaving LA..haha. always contradicting myself. i'm getting used to the life here, enjoying the pace here and now, i have to go back on friday! LA...nice memories...i wld give anything to relive those days i had together with shoe and haoxia, those moments with amanda, theresa, charmaine and also the rest of the ppl!

anyway, i am busy studying fer my paper on thurs..lots more to cover and only one day left!!! haha..but not too bothered cos its pass/no pass grading fer me..i must go eat diddy riese one more time before i go back to spore!! yummy icecream sandwiched betwn yummy cookies...

today, i was doing the farthlek workout at drake stadium..before i started, i saw this very slim guy running damn fast..he was doing some interval training as well! after i fin 10 rds of my workout, i stopped and started jogging..den he jogged up and commented that farthlek is a tough workout..haha..he's from germany..and he looks qt gd when he smiles..just chatted with him as we jogged lo...think he's qt old cos he's graduated already...wah..but i felt qt shiok after today's workout..i like the feeling of training...:)
