Woke up early in the morning at 6 plus,the earliest time I woke up for the year 2009.
Participated in the IRCC Walk-in Harmony with my Mum.The Church of St Mary was the starting point.Around 8 something then everyone set off for the walk.From there,we walked and jogged to Gombak,along Little Guilin road,then continued to Brickway Road,passed by Concord PS and BPGSH,and finally reached Lot 1.Brought my Mum to Kaary Family and we ate our breakfast there.After that we took shuttle bus back home from Lot 1.
Its tiring but fun.Walking is my passion,when school starts,I shall walk home from school after lessons everyday if I have the energy left.

Had an e5 gathering yesterday.Heard all about their current JC life and all,and some grumblings as well.Dan and Nic Chia were calling me Jellyfish because of my hair from the back view -_-
Oh and Rachelle looked different now :o


Naruto manga was really shocking.Hinata died,awww how sad,she died after confessing her love for Naruto.Pain killed too many people already -.- Jiraiya,Kakashi,PaFrog,MaFrog,Shizune and Hinata.But Kakashi and Hinata's death are unconfirmed.Hopefully they didn't die,or else their fans will go kill the author lol.

Anyway,someone said in a forum that SG's Merlion got struck by lightning today O.O

In a rare and shocking incident, Singapore's long standing icon - the original Merlion statue was struck by lightning.

According to Ms Swee Xueping, who was with 5 other friends at a cafe nearby, orange sparks flew when the lightning struck between 4 to 5pm near One Fullerton.

Staff in the vicinity told 938LIVE that they were shocked when they heard a loud explosion, followed by a loud thud when the broken pieces fell to the ground.

A cafe staff who wants to be known only as Mr Yap, said he saw some 30 people dashing into the restaurant he worked in, after the explosion.

He said the crowd had initially been under 3 shelters located in front of the restaurant, but they headed into the building for their safety.

It's understood that no one was hurt in the incident.

Still, the incident hasn't really dampened the mood of the visitors nearby.

When 938LIVE got to the scene, many were still happily taking pictures of the Merlion.

This statue is one of five Merlions in Singapore.

The 8.6 metre tall statue was originally located at the mouth of the Singpapore River but was moved to Fullerton in 2002.

Had a crazy time at Marina Barrage yesterday with some bandies.
It was a raining day...kind of a bad day for a picnic.But luckily it was just a drizzle over at Marina Bay.At first we were choosing between Esplanade rooftop and Marina Barrage,so we decided to go ahead as according to our plan.Hehe luckily,or not we would not have so much fun for the whole day =x

So we had an indoor picnic due to the fact that the grass and ground are wet.Fiona brought sandwiches,Shafarie brought cakes,Olivia brought healthy chicken salad,Larissa brought mashed potato,Shenlynn brought Pasta and I brought Ondeh Ondeh.Chatted and ate for like 1 hour.Shenlynn had to go work so she went off first.After that we went to have a lot of photo shots.Did some silly stuffs as well,like taking video of us doing silly dance.The whole process took like so many hours as we kept making mistakes.Onlookers were like staring at us but we don't really care =x what matters is that we enjoy ourselves.
We recorded like 5 videos or more of what we danced -.- its was damm damm funny at how retarded we looked.Laughed till our heads off man.

When night falls,we wanted to go home,but as we continued to walk around the place,we discovered that there is a water playing area.Played there and took photos as well for 1 hour plus.Then there was this ground whereby water will just shoot up randomly.Some of us risked to jump over the hole and see who will get wet.In the end I got extremely wet while the rest were like totally opposite of me.After that,everyone was very tired and we headed back home.
Hehe we decided to visit the place again next week =D

OOH YEA I'M KIND OF WOLS but when did the MRT tracks extend until Joo Koon and there's Pioneer after Boon Lay.
Waitttttttttttt,which means this MRT map that I posted before,is real in the future!Scary!

Saw a group called if you were born in the 80s in Singapore on facebook.I looked through all the photos from that era and some I had seen before.Maybe I should keep all kinds of things from this decade,so perhaps 10-20 years down the road I would show these to my children "these toys and stuffs are from the 90s and 00s".Hoho maybe I should even keep all those pens with no ink -.- in case all the pens in near future all change to somehow even higher quality types.

Gotta make use of this holiday to do some meaningful things.

Today went to have lunch at Lot 1 with JunXian and Esther at some curry family stall.
It was my first visit so I don't really know how to order lol until the person came and guide me along.Not bad ar,$4.90 can have a large quantity of rice,a drink and a side dish.And of course,quality is good too.So I had Healthy Curry(not knowing how does it taste like) and both of them told me its somehow weird.I tried it at first and yes it tasted funny but then as I continued to eat the taste of that curry started to like "fade away" and I got used to it.Well maybe other people may like it just that the taste does not suit our preference.Finished up every single bits of edible food =x will definitely go back and eat there some day again.

So after that,we went to library and read some books.Esther found a book written by SPI founder.Then she lent both of us to read it for a while.Managed to read a few stories which I have never heard before.Wa I saw the photo of a doll I freaked out while JunXian chua sai -.-

Uh lol enough of scaring ourselves.After that went to arcade and watched people play.Then JunXian got to go and Keefe joined us.Met Gilbert in the arcade and he treated us to play some games.How generous of him.He does not even know the both of them yet he treated them to DDR,and that DDR is not cheap!So ya anyway thanks Gilbert for treating us to some games. but I'm those who will feel guilty using people's money for own use.

So after that we called it a day and went back home,and much to my surprise,I just receive my poly enrolment package.Woots,ever since Esther told me she received hers yesterday,I have been awaiting for mine and hoped that it will come today,and it did ^^
There are around 4-5 forms that we need to fill in.Slowly read through the whole thing but there are some parts I still don't really understand o.o
Gonna make a To Do List soon for all the stuffs needed for the enrolment.Hehe luckily my course does not requires medical check-up or eye test =D

Tomorrow shall go through another round of reading again.

Yesterday went out with AXE to TheDailyScoop for some ice cream.Cool,customers can have a sample taste of any flavour before they buy it.Tried Green Tea for sampling but the feeling was weird,then I sampled Mango and really liked it.So I bought one scoop of it.
It was then some incident took place and got Esther really fed up lol.After that we went to Bukit Panjang Plaza for late lunch and we walked around till evening time and finally headed home.

Watched Ninja Warrior at 8pm on Channel5.The last stage was like wth,impossible to pass all the obstacles but I heard there were a few guys who managed to complete the course.Its so bloody strenuous and a lot of endurance and strength are involved.Those who managed to clear the stage are really pro^pro.

Went to search for videos of Ninja Warrior on youtube and came across a Trial Bike video.




Wow I was amazed by the young child though he did not manage to complete.Its like...so young yet so powerful.Then after that there was this pro trial biker who totally pwned the whole thing O.O

I think Japan has the best game shows.I remember watching Takeshi's Castle on channel 8 when I was like 6-8 years old.

Like Father told Shinku that she has to figure it out herself on how to save back Hina Ichigo and Souseiseki.Arrr kinda sad that the dolls have to fight among themselves.ZhiYang was telling me the happenings in the manga.The anime is so different from the manga lol.Looking forward to a new season if there is.
And speaking of Rozen Maiden,I like their opening and ending songs from Ali Project.So damm nice :D

Had a fun time staying overnight at Celine's house for 6B gathering yesterday.
Bestie brought me,Doreen and Brenda over to her cousin house and played with a Golden Retriever.Hehe my favorite dog among all species.

After that we went back to Celine's house and played Wii until the rest came.Desmond and Stephanie could not recognize me and they were like "who are you?" -_- huh I really changed a lot meh lol? Then ZhiYang asked me "eh I thought you used to be quite skinny one and wow you have an emo hair." LIKE OMG WHY DID HE SAY EMO HAIR? *so fiona was right afterall?

Then everyone started playing Wii Sports and Rock Band and at the same time chatting about funny incidents that happened during primary school days.

Everyone was teasing at Desmond and his so called fan club as told by ZhiYang.Brenda Celine and Doreen went to tease him further on facebook lol.He was acting all innocent during our chat,asking silly questions which made everyone laughed.







Oh yea a few of us were playing the Guess the Sketch application on facebook and Doreen was like scolding strangers there stupid and sorts because of their wild guesses lol! The funniest moment was when Doreen and I kept shouting "cork cork cork!!" as the answer was obvious and then Celine typed "cock" and we laughed until our asses off.Guessed our Celine was horny at that point of time.

Slept at 6am and woke up at 8am and went back home to sleep again while the rest went to Mcdonald for breakfast.

Some guy shitted on the first day of school at car park.I witnessed the brown liquid flowing out.Whole class was having a rumour about it.

I wore school P.E shirt the opposite way.Whole class laughed at me.

Andy kicked my face while we were sleeping inside the tent during sec 1 camp(no we did not sleep alternately)

I fought with Hazel on one faithful day.We talked to each other the next day as if nothing had happened.

Many people from our class kept failing History.

There was a short period whereby our class and another class had some conflict.The common game played during recess was Shoot-Ice-War.

Grace's one karate chop and 3 glass panels broke.

David's dirty secret was exposed by Ms E.Tan.The whole class was practically laughing away at her socks.

Our Geog teacher changed for like 7 times for the year.

"You no good,stand aside.Up and down 5 times,go back to your seat."

Our class won Sports Day and Swimming Carnival.

There was a Hem-sewing test during Homec lesson.I broke the needle.Submitted my plain green piece of cloth to Mrs K.She stared at me and gave me a big fat 0.

Sheam was instructed by Mrs K to crack an egg since Mrs K was busy doing something.He positioned his hand just above the container,but the egg was stubborn and it spilled onto the table.God knows what happened next.LOL

There was one time when we had to bake some cupcakes,silly me and Mogana put the tray of cupcakes inside the oven and we never even switch on the electricity for it.30 mins later,both of us wondered why our cupcakes did not bloom like "mountain" like other students'.

On Napha Test day,some guy was locked inside our classroom and he threw a chair towards the door.Unfortunately the chair rebounced and hit the windows.Everyone outside the classroom ran away.

When Jagan did not come to school for one day,the whole class was dead silent.

The class was peaceful when Jagan stopped talking.

I was the first person in class to achieve 3rd job in Maple Story.The game was quite hot back then.Thinking back...stupid Ice Mage -.-

Our class got hornier after a change of form-teacher.

*NEW* We had a robot coming into our class for SW period.

*NEW* Sheam was the only one who failed the MCQ test on Sex topic.

Went to JE library with Olivia this morning.Been cooping at home for past 2 days and I am already dying.Decided to do something meaningful.

Was reading books on Medicine and Drugs and guess I hardly understand anything -.-
Too chim for me,think I have picked the wrong books.Uh well at least I understood some parts on Drug Interactions.Its like when you are taking 2 or more different types of medicine at the same time.Then if they are not compatible,one of the drugs will cancel out the effects of the other drug,or maybe showing some symptoms of illness or something,or death if in more serious case. 1+1=0
There goes a loooooooooooong list of chim chemicals that will interact with one another.If I were to memorise them I would simply DIE.
Then went on to read about drug groups.Under Analgesic,I can roughly understand how it works,like blocking the chemical messages that signal pain to the spinal cord and brain.If I continue reading,my world will be full of stars.

Now,school has long yet to start and I'm already frightening myself =/
Have to touch on books or not I will totally lose my touch on it.

Speaking about school,transportation fees comes in.Still remember I saw some forum threads on Poly Petition Towards Unfair Bus Fares years ago.Maybe should have joined in then,lol!
Calculated my bus fare for a return trip,$1.32
if x 31 days,its $40.92
if add in the fares for going out or extra trips...maybe another $20-$30?

Reached my Grandma house at 7am,Saturday 24th Jan.
Sat inside the car for like 9 hours.Butt numbed like what.
It was my cousin's wedding on that very faithful day.So almost everyone from my maternal side went to attend the wedding.The courses there still quite ok.

CNY eve,I was playing with my baby cousins the whole day.At night,the sky was filled with fireworks.

CNY Day 1,received angpaos from uncles and aunties.Had steamboat as reunion dinner.For the whole day,relatives came visit for a while and went off.Played Chor Dai Dee with my cousins.Practically,its the same for the next few days.

Did gamble with uncles aunties and cousins on 3 cards.Initially lose like RM 20 ++
Then towards the end,won RM 20 more than my capital.Very little la I know lol,but not bad liao,I used to lose every year one -.-

Went to the wetmarket there.Saw this booth on Mole Reading.So I was staring at the complicated chart for a few minutes and figured out what the moles on my body meant.
The bottom right one on my face means that if I go drink,I will have sex -.- in chinese its called 酒后乱性
The upper left one signify laziness.

Came back to SG on the 30th.And that's when I got the sms from MOE.
At night,sent my brother off in the airport.He went to Taiwan for army training for 3 weeks O.o
Ate supper with my family at one chinese restaurant.Congee Porridge going at $4.20 at Midnight Special.UP is $7 ++ Ordered 3 bowls of that porridge.My parents said it was quite nice,but I did not taste anything as I'm sick.The quantity is not bad too,we got quite bloated.Forgot the restaurant name.


On the last day of January,my parents brought me to Sentosa Flowers 2009.
Took quite a lot of photos there.

Yesterday night went to Marina Bay Float there for the River HongBao,春到河畔 - 迎新春.
Seriously very few things to see.In the past there used to be many many things to see and take photographs with.
Ate a lot of cheap food there.Ice glass jelly,cheese sausage going at only $1.

There was this wishing well whereby you have to throw coins at those bells with cards that are hung in the air.Each card symbolises a blessing.So I threw 7 coins in there.All 20cents,10cents and 5cents.Hit the one on Education on my 5th attempt and Wealth on my 2nd attempt.

Hehe,hope the one on education comes true :D
