Yesterday the internet has got some problem, couldn't come online.
Had a great time with my band mates.
Immediately after school,I went to have a hair cut and a clean facial shave -.-
Met them at West Mall, then did some groceries and headed back to school.
Watched Jumpers while we were waiting for our turn to perform.

There I came out with the shoal of fishes.
I didn't stand in the middle (parallax error -.-)
Have to give this serious look because I got scolded by conductor for smiling at the audience during the last rehearsal - military band style.
As usual,I made some squeaking noises.Luckily not that obvious.
Like our ending,Faiz spun the drum stick, damm cool :D
And that will be the last time we performed together...*sighed*
Still remember the days when I keep hoping that I can quickly step down, and now everything happens so fast.

Ms Aida recorded the whole performance using Fiona's camera.
Lol,Olivia's super funny. She went down the stage steps and then went up again.
Focus on Oli's feet when she is going down =x

Some minor mistakes, first note already went bammmed due to blasting of note -.-
Haha overall still quite okay, though its not that perfect,we were enjoying ourselves which I guess is the most important =D

Thank You Bandies for everything in these 4 years! I really had a great time playing music and doing crazy stuffs with all of you.Its definitely a circle of best of the best pals where I can share my troubles with :D
With all the birthday parties and etc,you guys really enliven my life!

Ex-Clarinetists and Current Clarinetists.

Bye Saxophone :(

Some ripped off from Oli and Nana's blog.

Watched Vampire Knight episode 2.
Sighed no naruto manga this week...

And lastly,Happy Belated Birthday to Joel Fan (16/4) and YanJing (18/4)

Viwawa why play alone?
(apologies for the awkward black images due to the change in background colour on 2nd June)

Tired of the same old MMORPGs?
Looking for a simple yet funky game?

For that case...Viwawa is the right game for you!

Few months back,I saw my brother playing DaiDi.
I went to have a closer look at the screen.
"Woah you're playing with authentic players right?

"Yeah, and this is a new local game."

So I decided to give it a try.Shortly after,I got hooked up with the alluring graphics...
And that's when I start playing Viwawa.

Now let's move on to the dainty part of the game...Creating your wawas!

Hey there,this is Boochi,my first wawa! ( rollover me ;p )

And this is Eoochi,my another wawa! ( rollover me too ;P )

Aren't they just adorable and chic?
You can customize them anyway you like to,with countless different avatars for you to select from.Well, don't we like to dress up our game characters as spiffy as possible?

For me,I currently have Boochi and Eoochi. If you can notice what's my pattern,I'm trying to create 3 more characters, each ends with oochi, while the front alphabet is from A-E.
That's my ideal collection and hopefully the names are not being used yet.

Just like any other games, you need gold in order to purchase the avatars.
You can get your game money by playing games.

Big 2.5

I started off Big 2.5 in Viwawa as my first game. What I find thrilling is that if one still have got the 2-card after the round has ended,he will have his experience points and gold deducted.
And that taught me to handle the 2-card effectively in every game in case I have got my EXP and Gold being deducted. And also,in real life, some people play Big 2.5 with a rule states last card cannot be a 2.However,in this game, you can keep the 2 as your last card.

For me,I personally don't like skills being used in this game, like swooping cards with other players, peeping at other people's cards and etc.It may sound interesting but I think this has defeated the purpose of the game.
So if you're like me,avoid the channels where skills are allowed.

Some bit of skills and luck are needed.Don't be discouraged when you see no 2s and higher-power cards,do your best to play the game and never leave the room when the game is still in process!

There are many other games.
Stwack,Match It,Checkmate,Wahjong,Sushido and Zany Bridge.
Sushido is my another favorite game where you are to collect ingredients for your customer in bejeweled style.

Explore all the games and see which are the ones fascinate you and that you enjoy playing.
Later on,try to excel in the game and strive to be the best player for that game of the month,be on the Hall of Fame and you will be able to win a sparkling trophy which is added to your profile page!

And you will also be able to receive trophies for every game if you have reached a certain number of wins, like 1,10,50,etc or through consecutive 10 wins in a row(which I find it very challenging)

Playing these games do make me high at times, and discouraged at other times.
These are some of my most frequent emotions when gaming...

After winning :

During a complicating match :

When I am full of confidence but still lose in the match :

When other players did something fatuous :

When other players think too long for the next move :

Eager to win but I know its somehow impossible :

Most importantly,is to enjoy the whole gaming experience in Viwawa!

When I got addicted,I sometimes play Viwawa with my classmate during computer lab lessons.
One day,the teacher caught us playing =x

So yea, inform your friends to join in the fun as well!(don't play during school lessons like us =x)
You may also get to win attractive prizes!

Soon enough,I drag my Dad in to play Match It with me one night,to test his memory.
He does not have an account so I told him to use my brother's account.
After few matches,my Dad did quite pretty good and he almost win me!

Me : "Woa ah pa,your memory still quite power for someone your age."
Dad : "Haha yes."

*helps bonding the relationships between the father and son*

One word to describe Viwawa.Vivacious Viwawa.

Anyway,if you do join, and feels that some areas need to be improved,do voice out at Viwawa's forum or mail them at support@viwawa.com.They are warm, friendly staff who welcomes feedback and suggestions to run the site even better for all.
Stay calm throughout your gaming experience at Viwawa even if you meet some people that got you on your nerves :)

Feel free to add me in game,Boochi :)

-Edit
Psst...Aoochi is created some time in the late April.
A devil looking wawa >:)

And...my very first Viwawa video...

Went to meet the bandies at 2:30pm,and mrt-ed all the way to Kallang to watch SYF 2008 Central Judging of Display Bands.
It was damn awesome!
Was looking forward to see BoWen,Deyi and Tanjong Katong MB performing.Nevertheless,I was really shocked to see many surprising elements.
The way that TKMB marched in,very different from other bands, they swing the trumpets like woah! The domino effects and sorts..
And other stuffs that Deyi showcased..were really amazing!Their marching and all were very synchronized.
They got GWH and very sure they deserved it.

Still remember 2 years back, during the SYF Open Ceremony,3 bands were competing with one another. With all the batman, pokeball formations, its really eye-opening!

Sigh..have to wait for another 2 years to watch display bands again.
But anyway, the coming year would be indoor SYF Central Judging.Hopefully the judges aren't as strict as last year :o

After the display band competition has ended,we went to Marina Square Food Court to have our dinner. On the way there,we freeze on the stairs and then there's this lady who saw us,jumped out of her wits and quickly call her friends to look at us -.- how embarrassing.
Think she thought something happened to us.lol!

Happy Birthday to Gavin Yeow and Wan Qin!

Thank YiJing and Feng Ling for the shirt;
Grace for the packet of sweets.

The Damn Good Food At A Damn Good Price
Went to Botak Jones for lunch today. Its my first visit..so I tried their chicken burger and fries.
The chicken meat is really tender, and the fries taste quite special.Well it did fill my empty stomach, but comparing the prices of BJ and Subway,I think I prefer Subway.
I always order coldcut(foot-long) student meal, and the meal comes along with two cookies and regular-sized drink, for only $6!
Anyway, the quality and quantity of BJ food is appeasing.
Give it a try :D
The nearby outlet which is near our school would be the one in Bukit Batok.
5 to 10 minutes walk would do from our school.

And during Speech Day Rehearsal, all of us did something silly but fun thing -.-

Flipped through ur secondary four SS textbook.Saw a photo related to Venice Carnival.
So I decided to do a read up on it.And soon,I was too engrossed with the costumes and masks.

Some photos on the masks and costumes...

(photos from google search)

*Have a sudden desire to fly to Venice,Italy for a sightseeing :o

Looking forward to tomorrow's Outdoor Marching Band!!!
And of course,today's Freeze! videos!

Boo,no Naruto Manga for next week :(
Think I have to go library one day to borrow books on good Chinese idioms and phrases.
MT O level is just 45 days' time!

Hahaha!
Compare these 2 short videos.A MUST WATCH.(sorry posted wrong video -.- )

and

And..I'm addicted to 2 songs from vampire knight, the opening and ending song.
The ending song,Still Doll sounds really spooky and gothic.

Ahha,I have to thank Hazel,Afiqa and Suhailah for their present!
I don't know whether they deliberately wrapped the gift with so many layers of papers..
I'm sort of having fun tearing them over and over again. Can see the efforts they put in to wrap the triangular shape.
This is really very surprising,Haha!
and;
Wei Ge for the movie ticket!;
Sec 4s bandies and Zakir for the birthday card!

Happy Birthday Pei Ying aka Jiu Hao(Number 9)

Happy Birthday to Dexter and Syazlin as well.Haha never forget the times when 3 of us celebrate birthday on the same day during primary school.

I'm feeling euphoric!

And now I have the eager to post another thing about human eye.
Since young,I have been seeing all these small little objects, which I later found out yesterday that they are call floaters. In the past,I thought all these are like just bacteria that I am able to see that are floating around.
In case you are wondering what are floaters...

(Taken from wiki)

And I read from a site that says most people have this. Its actually quite harmless, just that sometimes one may feel irritated.Haha nothing much about it..

*Rachel your eyes damm sharp to notice about the date of my previous post.

Lol,didn't know there was a concert on The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
The voice actresses/singers were imitating the characters in the anime, doing the Hare Hare Yuki Dance.

Yesterday afternoon.Heard my Mum's scream from the kitchen.I rushed to the back and asked what has happened. Then she showed me her left eye.THERE'S A PATCH OF BLOOD!
-.- of course I felt panicked and thought what's happening. But luckily with the help of biology I know that that white of the eye is call conjunctiva, where the patch of blood is located on.
Went to do a research on it...and found that its call Subconjunctival Hemorrhage.

Something like this, quite frightening.Hope this picture doesn't scare you, there are even more scarier ones. This is like the whole conjunctiva "bleeding" while my Mum's is just a small patch.

Description : Subconjunctival hemorrhage occurs when a small blood vessel under the conjunctiva breaks and bleeds. It may occur spontaneously or from coughing, heavy lifting,or vomiting. While it may look frightening,a subconjunctival hemorrhage is essentially harmless. The blood becomes trapped underneath the clear conjunctiva tissue, much like a bruise. The blood is visible because it shows through the thin, clear conjunctiva. The blood naturally absorbs within one to three weeks and no treatment is required.

Symptoms : Red, bloody patch on the white of the eye,Painless,No change in vision.

Treatment : Although it may look like an emergency, a subconjunctival hemorrhage does not affect the vision and no treatment is required.

(Taken from http://www.stlukeseye.com/Conditions/SubconjHemorrhage.asp).

Uh okay, just a note to all.In case at any point of time this happens, don't be panicked :o
Locate where the patch of blood is.(for this case its the conjunctiva) Ask the person whether he feels any pain, any change in vision. If both answers are no,then it should be Subconjunctival hemorrhage. If wants to clear doubts and questions with a doctor, you may want to check with the polyclinics.

For then,I TOTALLY FORGOTTEN ABOUT THE EXTRA TUITION WITH MDM LOCK!I thought it was next saturday!Arr damm, missed a precious lesson.Did badly for electrolysis lol, because I remember wrong facts -.-

And yea Vampire Knights anime's coming out tomorrow, but still have to wait till it get subbed.

Happy Belated Birthday to Yi Jing, and
Happy Birthday to Suhailah!
