Fire house

About a month ago we went to Seth's fire house at his work. The boys really like seeing the fire engines.

I loved seeing Seth's name on the coat! I had to take a picture of our brave Daddy!

Christmas!

I am so mad at myself! I forgot to take pictures at Granny's Christmas party, at the Engman party, and at my Mom and Kevin's! I almost forgot to take pictures Christmas morning but at the last minute I remembered. I missed them opening all of the presents though. We woke them up at 4 am Christmas morning because Seth had to be to work at 6. They woke right up when we told them Santa came and they were so excited!

They opened all the presents and then we went downstairs and found the new spiderman bikes Santa left for them. They were very happy. Doran has worn his JR costume Santa brought everyday and it has been a pain to get it off to clean it! He look really cool in it though. By 10:30 Christmas morning Brock was out! He fell asleep in the car on the way home from my Mom's and stayed asleep for a couple of hours. Doran had fallen asleep too but when I brought him in he was awake and playing like he was not even tired! We had a very Merry Christmas this year!

So two posts back I said how we were growing the boys hair out... Well I guess that didn't go as well as I thought! It was getting really hard to comb their hair because they were so tangly and snarly so we finally decided we would just cut them. I almost cried when Seth started cutting Brock's. It was so sad!

I think they both still look very handsome! I am excited for Brock to get some curls again though!

Winter wonder land!

We finally got some snow! I can't say I am very happy about it, but the boys sure are! Yesterday morning Brock kept running to the window and telling us to look at the snow. So we went to kid to kid and got them snow pants, coats, boots, and gloves so we could play outside in the snow.

Brock liked his snow pants but that is about it! He hates putting on his coat and his gloves were a nightmare to get on! Seth finally got them on, but within five minutes he had thrown them in the road!

They loved playing in the snow! It was so cute! Doran has been asking all day when he gets to go play outside again! The snow sure makes it seem like Christmas is even closer...
