We then left my place and embarked on my birthday journey! :) Taken at my lift lobby..Dar dar surprised me by bringing me to the esplanade concert hall where we listened to this really nice performance - "Rock's Roses by Vanessa Fernandez" :) Met clar too :)

Yes! i'm 20!! :) My day started with yinghao coming over in the morning and presenting me with a "twentieth birthday book" and i was supposed to read it while he went outside to prepare......my breakfast! Heh he made french toast and made a smoothie from strawberries, blueberries, yoghurt and milk (but i was not to know that he was cooking)! In the meantime, I read the book... I was only allowed to read til a certain page cos it apparently detailed what was going to happen throughout the day. It even had spaces for photos of every "surprise" :)

My sister and I at the airport sending my brother off on his Shenzhen trip. My parents are adamant on getting rid of her mole but i think it's sexy!

I got a call during tuition one sat night and was told that my ah-mak suddenly couldnt walk so I had to take her place to go to genting the NEXT day at 6 am. So, I went. The company wasn't very condusive for a young happening girl such as myself but oh well, I managed to pass the 3 days quite comfortably. Most of the ppl there were old or older and the only ppl below the age of 40 were the 2 kids in my photos. Their parents brought them out to the theme park though so I decided to occupy myself somehow. I bowled, watched a movie, sang in a karaoke box (literally), and shopped shopped shopped :) Nothing much to buy really but since I had so much time, I walked past all the shops so many times I just had to buy stuff. Hmm saw this interesting guy too...he charged 3 ringgit per person for him/her to sit on 1 of 4 seats and put his/her face through a peephole. Haha it was super funny. My mum and I decided to try it though and it was quite weird sitting there with everyone crowding around us. Visually, it was nothing fantastic..Just some still images with occasional shadows and stuff, but I was quite amazed at the guy. He kept up a steady stream of rapid accented mandarin, together with weird hand gestures. AND he had to repeat for every 4 ppl who sat down! Haha what a horrible job.

Anyway my sister is in Greece now competing! How exciting is that! Oh for those who don't know yet, my sister is in the singapore karate team.. She just came back from training in Hanoi some time back and now she's in Greece fighting with international opponents I think. So scary. She's still so small despite all the weights training. :S

Oh yes I also just met up with yitty on Sunday. I was just thinking of how to settle my dinner when I thought of her. So I called her up and guess what? She had to scavenge for her own dinner as well! So we proceeded to IMM to umm scavenge around. :) I found delicious beef hor fun! Happy :)

Oh my dad just bought durians! yummy! Maybe I'll just steal bit - I have a sore throat :(
