From the photos below, it's probably obvious that my first anniversary has just passed. Despite it being on the busiest day of cny, we still managed to meet at night around 10 plus. We walked around and yh surprised me with a tiny supper picnic basket, with candles and music all included :) Everything went wonderfully and I received friny, honey pot poohs and earrings :) Visited each others' houses as well and I also went to my mentor's place today! :) very big n nice house :)

Anyway I forgot to post a few photos of the med ppl playing with fireworks so i'll add them in later... This year has proved to be quite lucrative by the way ;) I'm happy :) Well...just a short post to say happy chinese new year! :) And do forgive me if this is turning into a photoblog :(

today was rainbow day! haha really amusing actually..we're short of indigo i think but all the same, the colours are nice! :)

Its 2242 now and I am not the least bit sleepy. The atmosphere at home is simply put, weird, I can't explain it. After my maid left, my grandaunt has been coming over every night and my granny has been coming home less. Somehow, a simple departure of my maid has made certain family members unhappy with each other. Funny. Well I just feel a little weird at home that's all. I guess it just needs getting used to.

I suddenly feel like going for a walk downstairs, but the prospect of fending off reluctant companions (a.k.a. siblings coerced into accompanying me by my parents) and answering stupid questions (like 'so late already, go down for what?') is too daunting. I think I'd rather stay in my little room. Well my granny's not in and so I have the whole room to myself. Normally, I would be happy, but tonight I guess some company wouldn't hurt. Don feel like bugging my siblings tonight either - they're all occupied with their own stuff. So i decided to spend my time blogging instead :) Oh n carrying out constipated online chats with certain frens. :)

Oh well school has started but the weird atmosphere at home, coupled with the increased nagging at home as everyone tries to temporarily cope with the housework, and the fact that I get awakened every morning at 0600 by my grandaunt who continually attempts to tell me the wrong times (she says its 615 or 630!), hasn't really gotten me off to a great start. BUT I'm sure things will improve :)

On a last note... tonight, I realise that I don really like lonely nights.

Yup I havent blogged in a while. :) And school is BACK!!! :( :(

Oh well :( Anw I was occupied with meeting up with friends/cousin like junwan and phil who came back to s'pore for the hols! :) Hehe and yinghao's bday was yesterday! Was busy preparing for it too :) I think he had fun, right? :) The rain was a little irritating but everything went well on the whole. Dinner was good...and I decided I have to thank darius and qinlei for being my food critics a few weeks back. :) dragged them there to try out the food and stuff first b4 I brought yh there. The staff were very friendly and she actually remembered that I was bringing my bf there on his birthday so she got her manager to give us free dessert n stuff. Yh even had a candle to blow out! Haha for those who want a good meal, you should go to....Heh come ask me :P :P

Oh and did i mention I joined taekwondo class? Haha with yh n his younger brother zhiyong. It was quite embarassing at first but things are looking better after a few weeks. I got my white taekwondo attire! So cool! I feel like beating up bad guys after wearing it :)

Anyway my maid has left :(:( so i'm doing my small share of the housework for now. I'm hoping she'll agree to come back after 1-2 months. She said she'll call us :) Oh well that's abt all that has been happening...met up with my yrmates as well with mich, lijia n bena :) Fun fun :):)
