CYDI? Challenge #34 - It's Sketchy

Hello.
It's time for a new challenge at Can You Digi It? This time we are following a sketch (which can be found at the bottom of this post). For my card I used Heart Ears Pup by KiniArt. I coloured the image to look like Cassie, my Auntie's new puppy. For the rest of the card I used supplies which I haven't had out in a long time. The paw print is from a set I bought at Poundland, and the sentiment is a peel-off sticker.

Happy Birthday Bob!

Hello.
Today is James' Dad's birthday. I knew I wanted to theme his card around music, and when I found these two stamps amongst my digi's I thought they were perfect. I used one on either side of a gate-fold card.

It opens out to reveal this inside.

Cool Kid

Hello.
Yesterday James and I went for a walk at the local reservoir just before the sun started going down and then went to my Grandma's so I could make a quick card. I used one of the Kenny K images that I coloured recently, and kept it fairly simple.

Here is one of the pictures I took while we were at the reservoir.

Birthday blues

Hello.
Today is one of my best friends birthdays, so I have made this easel card for her. I created the background using a stamp which came in a set I bought at Poundland. The two images are digi's the girl is from Kenny K and the mp3 player is from Starry Night Studios. The sentiment is from a magazine freebie set by Ladybug Crafts Ink. For the bottom panel I hand drew some buttons to keep with the mp3 player theme.

An update on my last post:
Thomas was born Saturday evening at around 5:30. Unfortunately we didn't get to go and see him on Sunday because of icy roads and work clashing with visiting hours. I have seen pictures of him though, and he is beautiful. We will be going to see him this Sunday instead.
