Autumn Day at the Beach

To celebrate Lyle completing his research internship last Friday, Lyle's mom and I took Lyle on a day trip to the Oregon coast. We went to Cannon Beach, ate at Mo's, and went shopping in Lincoln City. It was a fun day.

The things I do for Love

Lyle has been wanting to rearrange the furniture in our apartment, and I finally gave in tonight. We moved our bedroom into the living room so we can be close to the fireplace for the cold winter nights. It feels like we live in a loft apartment, now.

Halloween

We had a great Halloween this year. On Thursday we carved pumpkins with Lyle's parents. We carved ours into a skull I drew in college that Lyle likes.

On Halloween I went to the Bills in the morning and Jess, Emerson and I went to the mall.

That evening we went home and Lyle and I ate chili (a Bush family tradition), ate caramel apples, and played Ticket to ride:
