UPDATE!!!
Hi everyone =) Wow I haven't been on here for awhile! So so busy with work I guess. Well, I'm absolutely LOVING my new job at the asthma and allergy clinic in Scottsdale...my coworkers and supervisors are so awesome! I might help out at our asthma camp that's coming up so that should be fun =) I'm learning SO much, more than I thought I could at a specialty like that! Me and Tanner have just been enjoying each others company and I couldn't ask for a better guy to put up with my accident-prone life haha =) I miss the whole fam and love you all!

COUNTDOWN!
I'm counting down the days until I get to come home for christmas! Me and Tanner are planning on being there from 12/26 to 12/31 which we'll probably leave the morning of New Years eve since I think we have a couple friend get togethers to get back for that night. I miss my family soooooo much and can't wait to give everyone the biggest hugs and kisses! I started my new job last Monday and I'm loving it so far! I'm learning so much already and I like my manager and coworkers a lot lot...Well me and Tanner are doing splendid and can't wait to come visit!
Love you all!

New Day!!!
Me and Tanner just got back from St. Johns, AZ which is about 4 hrs north of Phoenix. It's a cute little town where Tanner went to part of high school at and spent some years there growing up. We went there to visit his parents and had Thanksgiving dinner with them and his brother and a cousin...the rest of the family couldn't make it. It was so nice to just relax and be with his family. I'm grateful for them because they're becoming like my 2nd family since I've been out here in Arizona. They have welcomed me with open arms and I can't wait for my family to meet Tanner when we come for christmas. Love you all and I've loved reading all your blogs =)

Update! =)
Well since I've been on here last I got into another car accident so I have decided that I'm not going to drive a lot for awhile if I don't have to...maybe it was a sign that I should take a break from driving =) Tanner has been very patient and kind with my whole situation and he's been very helpful with letting me use his truck and with him driving me around. I spoke with my boss on Friday and she is letting me transfer Banner clinics early so that I work closer to Tanner's work so it is easier for me to get to work. She said that she doesn't want to see me leave that clinic but she knows how commuting that far everyday can wear on a person. I'm so lucky and so glad that I have such wonderful people in my life! Ben's wedding was gorgeous and I couldn't be happier for him and Camille. It was so nice to see the whole family and I miss you all so so so much! I can't wait to come home for christmas...Love you all

LOTS HAVE HAPPENED!
Well, lots have happened since my last blog. I got into yet another car accident unfortunately but luckily I have my sweet sweet patient boyfriend Tanner who has been helping me out TREMENDOUSLY! I'm loving my new job at Banner Arizona Medical Clinic and I love the two doctors I work for. I've met quite a few new friends out here and they are very kind. I'm planning on starting school at ASU in the fall of 2009 and couldn't be more stolked about it! Once I start school I'm not going to stop until I get my RN...I'm determined! I'm missing my family greatly as well as my close friends and I can't wait to come home for the wedding next weekend. I just wanted you all to know how well I'm doing despite my unfortunate setbacks =)
Hope all is well!

My first couple weeks in Phoenix
So far I'm lovin it out here in Arizona even though I do get homesick! The culture is quite different of course...there are a lot of caballeros (mexican ranchers) that are always working out in their dairy farms or their palm tree fields. Arizona is very hot, still gets up to 100 everyday but it should start cooling down here soon just a little bit. AZ is very pretty and I love to see palm trees everywhere I go! It has been raining quite a bit because of monsoon season and we even got hail the other day! Not normal for AZ! Is was very amusing to see the locals react to it =) I've met a lot of nice friends out here and the people are very nice...I've just learned the areas to stay away from (especially at night) Well I miss my family so so much especially since we are all spread out around the country but I'm glad we can keep in touch! Much love,
Em
