Heartburn anyone?

Oh my gosh, heartburn sucks. I just got done saying that I have been pretty lucky in that department and then BAM today I want to die. I just got done throwing up and scarfing down some tums. Wish me luck on getting any sleep tonight.

Crafts and 34 weeks

The last week or so I have been working on these fun little crafts. I made these clipboards for our Favorite Things Christmas Party with all the girlfriends. Thanks Sarah for the great idea. We each bring 11 of our favorite things, one for each girl and then we all go home with 11 fun little presents. The party was tons of fun this year with lots of yummy food. Pictures from the party are soon to come, so watch out girls I got some good shots of you guys playing Rockband. I really want to upload the video of you guys singing, but I'll see how embarrassing it is first.

And these are the two recent pictures of my belly at 34 weeks. Yep, 34 weeks along. Can you believe it? It's getting down to the wire here. I feel like I have so much to do in these last weeks. I picked up my crib though and will be setting it up after Christmas. It's kinda bad because I'm feeling anxious for Christmas to be over so that I can finish up all the baby blankets, crafts, and baby preparations. I know, I need to just relax and enjoy this time before my life gets too hectic. It will be nice hanging out with family in the meantime and we even get a call from Scott on Christmas (my little brother who is on a mission in the Dominican Republic.) We are so excited to chat with him.I told you Mom Anderson that I am getting big now. I basically only have a few outfits I can wear comfortably now, but we just try and make it work. And for those of you who keep asking about what this little mans name is going to be. It's still up in the air but it's looking like Brek is still beating out Tavin in the name department. Who knows though, something else might pop up between now and then.

To my Fellow Bloggers and Friends:

Hey guys it's getting close to the arrival of this sweet little man and I need your help. I need to start collecting all your email addresses for baby shower evites. If you want to come and join in the baby hoopla, just email me your email at emilyandjdee@gmail.com, or leave it in a comment if your comfortable with that. I can't believe that it's getting so close. I am so excited. Really there aren't words to describe all the feelings that come along with preparing to become a full time mom.

More random pics

This was taken at 32 weeks! I can't believe how fast time is going. I am getting so ancy and excited to meet this little man of mine. He is very active all day long and it's the coolest thing watching your stomach move around. It's one of the only things I like about being pregnant. You people that love it are crazy. haha If I could skip the pregnant part and just have the baby I would be all for that. But, I guess it makes you appreciate and love your baby that much more.
These two pics are from the day I went and got my 3D done. Thanks gals for coming along for the support. Leah of coarse was there. She's the best!

And my mommy and sister Lori came along too. Too bad our lunch at BJs after was a huge let down.

This picture I had to post because I thought it was funny. I have been playing around with picnik photo editing online. It's just a free online website to edit photos. Lets just say that I don't quite have all the kinks figured out yet. haha but it's still fun to mess with

My mom and I last night before we headed out to enrichment night. Thank goodness for my mom. We spend a lot of time together just running errands, getting baby stuff done and going out to lunch together. I don't know what I would do without her. I would be so bored. It's hard because everyone has there own lives with their husband's and families and stuff to get done and jobs. Which I totally understand. I am just excited for this baby to come and keep me occupied and busy. Maybe I won't feel so out of place sometimes. =)

Forgotten Pics

So, I came across these pictures that Sarah sent me and wanted to post a few. These are from September, when Jonathan was here for 2 weeks on leave.

One of my husbands favorite hobbies (picking locks). This is no joke people, he is dead serious about picking locks and can sit forever doing so.

Jon with his nieces and nephews

Sarah was hilarious and caused a scene at the airport. I think her real reasoning was to take the focus off moms tears. hehe Just kidding Mom, but I'll be nice and not post the pic of you crying. I love the Anderson family. I swear, I married into the best family and am so glad that we all get along so well. It's so nice being with family.

3d pics from the ultrasound

I wasn't planning on posting these cuz I know some people just don't get them, but figured since it's mostly all women looking at this blog I can explain a little. It is so crazy that we can see our little ones before they are born. My little guy thought it was a good idea to squish his face in the smallest spot possible. So, in a lot of my pics that I have it looks like he has a whole in his nose from smashing it to the uterus. Plus my placenta is in the front so that kept making blobs on his face. We got a few really cute pics and I can't wait to meet him and kiss his little lips. I was hoping he would pick up his chin so I could see if he had Jon's butt chin. I love his chin and really hope he gets it. =)
Update: I will be 32 weeks on Sunday! I can't believe it, only 8 weeks to go. I have been feeling pretty good and just getting stuff done around here before he arrives. I ordered a camcorder for my birthday/Christmas present. Now I can document the birth and the baby to send to his daddy. Don't worry hun, I already informed my mom that no crotch shots are to be recorded. It's one thing for your husband to be in the room, but how traumatizing if he were to just watch it. You know what I mean? Anyway, this post is longer than I intended, but all is well, and we couldn't be more excited to meet him. I hope he likes to snuggle like he does in my tummy.

He kept playing with the cord too in his hands and putting it by his face.
Smiling while doing so. See the blurry spot on his face? That's my placenta
not a growth on his face. haha the tech clarified that for me.
