Busy Weekend

Last weekend was insane!

I'd elaborate more when I've got the time.

For starters: Here's a photo of me in a dress trekking though wooden planks, dirt and gravel at Macritchie Reservoir on a Sunday afternoon....... (yea, that's part of the insanity)

Ok I'd continue now:

In brief, morning started with CNY house visiting, church service then Macritchie Reservoir (that explains the dress)!

It was rather queer, very queer actually, to have Yoshinoya takeaways at a pavilion in a dress with the other 3 (plus a newfound friend) decked in sports gear.. Even weirder when we strolled for an hour along the broadwalk and through a forested area.. I just prayed my pumps will outlive it's worth in the harsh conditions I'm putting it through.

We didn't stop at there.

After a taking shower, volunteering to do some household chores and a nap, we dragged ourselves to I12 Katong Mall for dinner! It was then to Awfully Choc for some sweet treats and a 7mins walk home from the bus stop..

But I guess I wasn't the most burnt out one of them all.. I was amazed at Mister Superamazing Strength who insisted to walk me home and went on to clean the ceiling fan back home despite the day's activities and a strenuous sport before meeting us. He instantly earned himself a thousand points in Emily's Good Book! ;)

2012!

Unceasing Fruitfulness, so it is.. - Jeremiah 17:7-8

I've already received the seeds of my first fruit of the year and had likened it to my favourite durian where the seeds are fleshy and plentiful!

May your 2012 be superabundantly blessed with 12 manner of fruits too - Revelations 22:2, and be prepared for one of the most organized (number of 12) years ahead! ;)
