MS TIAH GETS HITCHED // 29 NOV

As we grow older, we watch each other step into the next stage of their lives & finally it's our Michelle's turn hehe! Michelle is one of my closer teammates from Tkd and of course a few years older than I am. Am indeed thankful for Ms Tiah's invite to allow me to be part of her very special day. Michelle was definitely looking very beaitful as always but even more spectacular that day.

Maybe it's true, a bride is her prettiest on her big day & I saw that magical glow on her face the entire night despite having to eat very little and changing into gowns after gowns.

I recalled having tons of fun that night with my teammies, Kelvin Sir & fam and of course the parents of our other teammates. Yummy food as always & yes, I got to sail down Mich & her husband's pat-tor days teehees so adorbz!!

As I grow older, I start to picture my own wedding too. Isn't it the dream of every girl to have the perfect wedding with the love of your life. As Mich walked down the aisle, I visioned my own wedding too hahaha. The theme, music, food etc. 

I guess as we grow and enter the different stages of life, we start to think of different things despite the same setting. 

When I was very young, I only knew that my job was to throw flower petals on the church floor & to have fun. At age six to ten, it was about the yummy food, loud yam-seng & how beautiful the bride looked. 

At age thirteen to fifteen, it was about looking pretty and trying to add adult-like at such formal events. And right now, it is envisioning my own wedding & of course the details behind it such as knowing the rough cost and how taxing it can be.

Do I sound really eager to get hitched? HAHAHA secretly wanna get married with Kai & be stuck with him for the rest of my life hehe.

KAI ON WHEELS

Today was really exciting because

1/ I sent my first roll of films for developing & it's gonna be all out tomorrow (technically later in the day)!! Though I'm mentally prepared that 80% of the films were be nothing but a black frame but I guess practice makes perfect.

2/ Kai's Christmas present finally arrived at Singpost today & after queuing up for quite awhile and waiting for the lady to hunt for Kai's package, we finally go our hands on it. 

Like to make a quick guess what I got Kai for Christmas? 

I GOT MY BOYFRIEND A SCOOTER!! 

It's really hard to get something for Kai because he has nearly everything & its hard to get clothes or shoes because of the size and Kai's unique taste of fashion and apparels hahaha. So I figured that a scooter would be apt for him since he likes such stuffs. 

One day, I blurted it out because it was rather expensive & I wouldn't wanna get him something he would chuck aside after awhile so yeah I led the cat out of the bag. 

In addition to a scooter, I got Kai a "52 things to do while you poo" activity book since pooping time is one of his favourite times & a toy bird which whistles to you when you whistle or blow at it. It took me tons of courage to even get the bird & wrap it up but I'd definitely get him a toy one over a life one.

Happy boy with is his huge package! I love to see that award-winning smile because I know that the effort and all was well worth it.

Cabbed over to Sum's cause Kai needed to see the Chinese Tie-da physician regarding his injuries. Aish, heart hurts a lil each time knowing that Kai's injured.

And then, we headed back to Yishun 925 to meet Wanyi, Loretta & the usuals for dinnz since Wanyi is back in town for the holidays! It was a tummy-aching laughter filled catch-up & I really did enjoy myself as always.

Oh yeah!! There's gonna be an influx of entries with past events. Some as new as this month's while some can date back to the start of 2014. Hopefully I'll be able to hit my target before 2014 ends.
