I am back in beautiful San Diego. My family got in today & we spent the day soaking up some UV rays, eating the best food, & making some great friends. Sadly, this little beaut above got a pretty crazy sunburn. Let's just say her skin matches the coral pink dress I was wearing by the end of the night. Bless her heart. Hopefully the aloe will kick in before the big day tomorrow!

Tomorrow,

As if I haven't been on enough road trips this summer, apparently I just can't get enough. In the early hours of tomorrow, I will be making my way back to California. My 16-year-old cousin, Arrie, will be accompanying me for the long drive. My cousin Danielle is getting herself hitched this weekend & I couldn't be more excited for her. Is it tomorrow yet?

Some San Diego sun,

I have been M.I.A. soaking up some rays in America's finest city, San Diego. One of my best friends/old roommate lives out there & was kind enough to take me in for a week. It might have been my favorite week of the summer thus far & I sorta wish I could have stayed longer. It is a good thing I plan on returning in a week for a wedding. Good excuse right?
