My Creative Sketches; August Sketch Challenge

I found My Creative Sketches blog whilst browsing through other blogs I was tempted to give this challenge a go . I have quite few photo's of my son's wedding to scrap I love the colours & the setting of the wedding I cannot help myself. This pic is of my new daughter in law & her daughter as I have in the title "Dancing in the Sand" again I got carried away with flowers.[ I cannot do without them.]  Have just picked out some bits & bobs at random to give myself a challenge with doing with what I have, I like how it came out hope I've managed the sketch ok.

Scrap Around the World Mood board August Challenge.

The cake was the part of the board that took my eye , the cascading flowers down it & of course the bling from the hair arrangement.Colour from flowers , cake & feather in the flower spray . I gave my layout a title " The Wedding Cake" with a little info on the symbol of the same.

Purple Pumpkin August Sketch Challenge

Back again with a layout for purple pumpkin August sketch challenge.
It takes my sometime to get a layout together.  With this one I did not fussy it up too much
but it still took me an age before I was satisfied with it .My photography is not the best when it comes to layouts. It was too cold to go outside so I just did the best I could inside.
My son No2 & daughter inlaw taken at son No 1's wedding. 2013 a spot of journaling along the bottom & up the side. I have used a couple of pp embellishments the beautiful flower & felt circle.
