Snow vs the house

The rental house is a north and south facing house. When it snows or rains, it just comes in the house, there is nothing stopping it.
I don't like it. The house is always cold because of no sunlight.

Never buy a north facing house.

Why tie-dye? because sprinkles were too much trouble.
