Sunday night Family Time

We have family home evening on Sunday nights for a while.
Tonight I was my turn for the lesson.
I remembered a story that my Grandma Ray has. I don't know where it is now.
The story is about Tom Turkey and his temper.
Grandma's story was much cooler that mine.

Grandma had each turkey cut out, brown and then each color in the story
I didn't have time to make each turkey cut out.

The boys LOVE it!! I caught Jason laugh a few times. There are parts that ring true in our house

This month in cub scouts, the theme is Cub Scout Salute. I want to have a few Vets or active military come and talk with the boys about life as a soldier, where& when they served and show the cub scouts a few things from their military life.
