I didn't mean to have the majority pictures in his pjs but I guess that is his downtime and when my camera is usually out.
Its been a good and also rough month with little E. We love this stage. E is getting so independent and exploring everywhere in our house or wherever we take him. He plays by himself extremely well and we can see the wheels in his brain turning as he plays with his toys. We could watch him for hours. He still loves seeing other kids and wants to be right by them; this kid is social. He is trying to pull himself up but isn't quite there but once he is up he wants to stand forever. I have no idea when kids start talking but we sure enjoy listening to him babble and talk to himself, its so cute.
The rough part of the month? sickness. yuck. he had two back to back respiratory infections. It was not fun at all - for him or for us. It made Eric and I panic about having another baby. Seriously. We're old, its hard on us. But when he feels well, we can't stand how much fun we have with him. He is just a good kid.
I still can't get him to eat pancakes or instant oatmeal but the kid downed a ton of salmon the other night and will eat half an avocado. But he is finally eating peanut butter with success. Baby steps.
So here are some pics from this past month. The two in bed are when he was sick. He looks so sad :(
Messy face after eating blackberries
Doing his arm motions that we taught him to a song from one of his toys
Skyping with Gma Bobbie while his Daddy tests out his new tripod.
