update... and hiatus

Before any of you out there think I'm dead, here's what: I suppose not yet, but soon :S Mountains of to-do stuff is piling up. I seem to be aspiring to be a historian, archeologist, theologian, political activist, geologist and scientist all at one go this Sem. erps. In any case, i'll either emerge a far better historian then what I can imagine myself to be, or die in the process. ugggh.

So at least until the end of January, this blog will be on a hiatus.
Otherwise, I'm just gonna bore all my fans out there about my (never-ending) work.
(yes, yt, I heard you)

Happy CNY in advance to all!,

welcome back to PGP!

yep so I'm back in PGP. Just finished cleaning up my room. feels homely! despite all that cleaning and unpacking that almost killed me, at least its in working order now. And I realised the whole floor (in fact, block) is practically vacant! I think I have another neighbour hovering down the end of the other side of the corridor, but not being particularly friendly, I shall not bother going over to say 'hi'.

shall have to start work tomorrow. Lots to clear. and packing to do too. hmmm.

Module bidding went ok. In fact, there was one module where I was the ONLY one bidding. hah. Anyway, so that's more or less what I'm doing this sem:
1. EU1101E - European Studies exposure
2. HY2255 - Islam in World History
3. HY2235 - Environmental History

(still thinking)
4. HY2229 - Nation-building in Singapore (History) OR HY2254 (Popular Culture in SG - History)
5. SSA1201 (Singapore Society) OR SSA2211 (Evolution of global city state)

ponders hard

now I'm faced with a dilemma I must resolve soon. Should I do something tried-and-tested-and-potentially-boring (HY2229 - Nation Building in Singapore) or should I do the module that is so refreshing-and-interesting-but-may-kill-me-in-the-process (HY2254 - Popular culture in Singapore)?

ponders.
