Happy Mother's Day

How could I not have a wonderful mother's day with these 2 cuties??!!  And their daddy of course:)

We started out day by having Ed's family over for breakfast at 7:30...somewhere around 30 people.  We were packed in our little house, but we had fun and it was nice to be together!  Then we headed to church which is always a blessing!  Then to Grandma and Grandpa Kamp's where we spend the afternoon/early evening enjoying the beautiful weather!  Both kids fell sound asleep on the way home...we woke them up and did baths and then watched a movie and relaxed.  This tired momma was sound asleep no later than 8:30:)  BLESSED BLESSED BLESSED

hank's 2 year pictures

It is true! My baby boy is 2! I can't believe the time has gone so fast. I remember his birth like it was yesterday. Now look at him...a big smiley boy full on energy, giggles, orneryness and snuggles. I have no idea what my days would be like without him. He keeps me on my toes every second of the day:) Love you to the moon and back buddy!

Yippee for SNOW!

We're ready Mom!! Even though it was still snowing and pretty windy yesterday, there was no keeping these two inside. Although, I think they were out there for about the same amount of time as it took me to get everyone bundled up:) They were so excited though!

Helping Daddy clean off his grill. She later found a shovel in the sandbox and used that to scoop snow.

This is my ornery little guy. He is for sure in the process of learning the meaning on "no". But, he had so much fun outside. His favorite part was for sure eating the snow:) He was the first to come in cause his big sissy thought it would be funny to put a shovel full of snow over his head and down the back of his coat...little stinker girl!

My Christmas card always makes me so sad cause my babies aren't babies anymore! They are getting so big and time is just flying by! We are so blessed!

We pray you have a wonderful Christmas season and celebrate the true meaning of Christmas...the miracle of baby Jesus!

we are loving florida!!

We are enjoying this Florida weather. It's been about 80 degrees since we got here. We've been taking advantage of the sun and warm weather by hitting the beach and pool every day! The kids are loving it....well, we are all loving it! It feels like it's been so long since we've had nice weather back home. The first two pics here are of little Miss Lydia May...she loves building sandcastles with daddy and is becoming quite our little fish....jumping off the side of the pool and practicing swimming with the noodle! She likes the beach water too, which is extremely cold!

The next two pics are of Hank Arthur....he is also enjoying the pool and beach! He does not like the beach water at all...too cold for him. He has been eating a lot of sand and doing a lot of splashing in the pool! Oh yeah....I almost forgot...he enjoys biting on seashells too! He has been such a good little guy this whole trip.

And finally a picture of the two of them. It's nearly impossible to get one of them both smiling, so I don't really even try. But anyhow...they have been getting along great and we are so enjoying spend some quality time with them.
We hope you are all enjoying the snow up north! We really don't want to come back, but we miss everyone and will see you all soon!

Love Them

Here are my precious babies all dressed up on Christmas Eve. I love this picture of them!

I love this picture of them too...Lydia is trying to give him a kiss and he wants nothing to do with it!

We had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying 2011 so far. We have all adjusted well to having Ed at home every night. I have to admit, I was very excited, but also a little nervous how the transition would go. God is faithful and it is going great!
