Time for the real stuff! We've tried cereal for the past couple of weeks with no luck however, she's had sweet potatoes 2 days in a row now and seems to be enjoying them. She hasn't really gotten the hang of things yet but we are on our way. My dad just can't wait until she can sit on the couch and eat snacks with him. She's up to 16.9 lbs, doing great, and just so much fun to have around! Here are some of the latest pictures.

Thanksgiving Weekend
So much to be thankful for! Wednesday night we headed up to Lafayette where we stayed at my grandparents house and then moved over to my uncles on Thanksgiving day for the Webb Family Thanksgiving We enjoyed a great meal and lots of family time. My sister made it in safely from Florida to join our family, my parents, grandparents, Doug, Carla, Kaitlyn and Carla's parents.

Milwaukee
Last Friday we headed to Milwaukee for Brian's college roommates wedding. Brian was an usher so he needed to be at the church by 4pm for the rehearsal. We were up bright and early for a quick visit with Betsy who happened to be in town the weekend we were headed out...good thing she will be back for a few days over Thanksgiving. My mom went with us to watch Paige during the wedding (no kids allowed). I skipped the rehearsal so mom, Paige and I could have a little fun. We had dinner and a few beers at the Milwaukee Ale House. Saturday morning we all headed to the pool for Paige's first swim! She seemed to enjoy the water and the other kids.
We stayed right in the heart of downtown which was neat and allowed for a short walk to lunch before heading to the wedding. Congrats to Heather and Aaron! Everything was beautiful.
Sunday, we stopped in Wrigleyville for lunch at Goose Island and a quick drive down Lake Shore Drive.

4 Month Report
Paige is doing great and growing like crazy. She's up to 15lbs 14oz (87%) and 25.75 inches (90%) with her head size in the 95th percentile. She has been a great sleeper, has good head control, smiling, laughing (a little), babbling, swatting at her toys, chewing on her hands and toys, and drooling all over.

Halloween
Paige had a great 1st Halloween! We made ghost cards by tracing her foot and crispy treats in the shape of pumpkins (fruity pebbles), bats (coco crispys), and ghosts. Saturday was the annual Griffith party and bon-fire; Paige was very interested in the fire. Sunday was Trick-or-Treating with dinner at Mimi and Grandpas. Here are the pictures everyone has been asking for.

Homecoming
GO BOILERS!
This past weekend we headed up to Purdue for Paige's 1st homecoming. Brian was given two tickets for the game so we decided to make a weekend out of it. My mom, Paige, and I headed up Friday for lunch at Jake's. In the past, we have gone to Harry's for the Friday lunch special but no babies aloud so time for a new tradition. After lunch and a few beverages it was time for some shopping...we always need new Boiler gear. We were a little disappointed in the selection for Paige but we found some cute onsies. Next up, dinner from Arni's at Doug, Carla, and cousin Kaitlyn's where my grandparents and Brian met us. Saturday morning the babies were up bright and early for play time. Mom, Brian, Paige and I headed to campus to show Paige around. I decided to hang out with Paige and Kaitlyn and watch the game on tv so Brian and mom were responsible for bringing home the win...nice work, we won!

Pumpkins!
We went over to the local farmers market with my parents this evening to pick out our pumpkins for the season. Paige wasn't so sure about the hay, dirt and bright sunshine but she did seem interested in the pumpkins. We picked a beautiful day to go. Here are some pics!
