Panorama, Timor-Leste

Perched on a fourth-floor terrace, Panorama promises precisely what its name suggests, overlooking Dili's bay, with a view of mountains and sea. The menu is fairly extensive, with a few interpretations of traditional Timorese fare including a fish broth and fish with 'etu sedok' rice, papaya flowers, cassava leaves and a fiery chilli sauce.
