How to be more calm, and be more grateful. (and complain less)
That was one really beneficial discourse which shed light on my every single fleeting thought -- I am always complaining about every single little thing.
You name it -- the weather, the bus, the chit-chats (when I am busy), the bad planning, the work, the last minute-people, the indecisive people etc.
It made me reflect: Why are there so many things to complain? Where do my sense of self-entitlement come from? What made me think I deserve what I thought I should deserve?
