#感恩
What is your word?
That really sums it up.
This year had been a year of new experiences and learning, working with different people, people of different working styles and I've learnt a lot. Even from conflicts and conflict management /resolution, I've learnt so much more, such as perspective taking. Issues here are deep rooted (cos most are controlled people who hid their disgruntled feelings days too long), and untangling it needs time and effort.
Although I'm not sure if I used what Helen taught and facilitated, but I do try my best at listening. And I realized, what I thought might be a good solution, might not be applicable to the parties involved. Instead, sometimes they just need a mediator to mediate, let both sides hear each other, and they themselves have the "solution". Or rather, "what do you both hope to achieve from this session?". Yeah, it does boils down to both parties wishing for a resolution before things can kick start. Then you take it from there.
Thank you for so much learning and growth, I'm blessed.
