Last two weekends were my happiest weekends thus far. These are the kind of future weekends that I envisioned and desired all along.
The kind of weekends where I
- have no bring home work
- have me time :)
- am able to spend entire day with loved ones (be it outing or simply spending time together)
- can enjoy all the above without the nagging voice at the back of head cos of work undone or work to be prepared
The week before last, we went to a fair for a whole day, followed by a trip to my mei's hostel on the Sunday. Last Friday, I had a therapeutic me time working on crafts (yay!), and enjoyed a Friday night movie. Last weekend was spent baking on Saturday and just spending time together on Sunday. In between these pockets of time, I had time to read (yay!), indulge in a book or watch some episodes of drama or anime.
Simple pleasures.
Next to work on is no bring home work on weekday nights too!!
