最意想不到的人竟然问……最让人头疼，最似不听的……相比起来，他问的却是让我听起来，是最真挚的…… so ironic.....
不喜欢不告而别，自己却没有给他们一个交代就拱手让他。

Finally told some of them in bits and pieces.
They wouldn't understand.. nor is it necessary for them.

Unbelievable.

Unbelievable.
When you have always been on the ball and suddenly not too flustered about an upcoming event, something feels amiss. #ramblingsofclosetworkaholic
Or that, being fuzzy about upcoming deadlines (not missing deadlines, just not that uptight about it and am procrastinating about it) makes one feel surreal.. is this me? hahahah.
(BUT it still irks me that the young ones are still so care less when you are trying to get things done)
Annddd.. finally not strung up on getting new responses after some "withdrawal symptoms". It's more right to do so.
Lastly.. not in the mood to paaccckkkkk for camp. sigh. I always pack the bag on the last day before camp within 1.5hours. hahah.

A little blue day today.. although nothing very much really happened (in fact more positive than negative things happened!). It's not Monday Blues too.

It's the hormones and/or waiting that drains one out again. Bah.

Buns episode #3

#throwback

Made steamed buns over the first Oct weekend. :)

This time round, I planned just to make milk mantou without any fillings.

Again, I think the weighing scale is out to troll me because I ended up adding so much more flour despite having had weighed them. I added flour based on "agaration" and "experience" with previous buns making sessions. haha. But this time round, I faced a minor problem as my hands were full with watery mixture.. I only had the chance to add bread flour (instead of mixture of cake and bread flour).. so the buns turned out more tough (qq) than expected.

BUT. All is well. :)))

This round, the buns managed to HUAT ah.. hahah.
Anddddd... the shapes look more savoury. hahahah. 

My parents gave ok ratings cos I cut down the sugar, and the buns weren't too sweet. :))
Next time, I am gonna keep an eye on change the weighing scale and maintain the ratio of the bread and cake flour. 
Also, my pa placed an order for these mantou: next time round, I'm gonna make a whole batch of them and freeze it so he can have them for breakfasts! haha.

Dinners since the past few days had been later than 7.30pm.. oh no. What's happening to my schedule??? Keep forgetting I'm hungry when I'm too caught up on what I'm working on. Sigh..
