This kind of situation irritates me to no end.
And it ALWAYS HAPPEN.

Me: Yes why?
M: eh now I'm at Place A, what do you want to eat?
Me: Oh, I love the Food C at Place A, buy that k?
M: OK!
Me: *jumps a happy little dance in heart
M: (pause) Eh wait. Later I barang barang hard to carry here and there, I think I buy from Place B instead. What do you want?
Me: *roll eyes* YOU DECIDE.

Then in the first place, DON'T ASK.
I hate dashed expectations.

I know all the yada yada about bring #grateful for food and people buying for you.. but I can't stand this wishy washy attitude and going back on words. I can't stand people who break promises, who eats their words, who are late etc.

不闻不问方针

When being too helpful is a bane.

When you extended your help to someone who seemed so helpless, yet the body language and gestures you received is of suspicion, I guess it's best not to help when not asked, even when seemed so utterly and totally and definitely LOST. Period.

Tomato Bruschetta

心血来潮——于是在前几天在超市购买了一些食材。
不料天不作美，今天简直是病得一塌糊涂（这一周一直徘徊在病发病愈的状态，今天可发大了）……
幸好这道小吃不怎么费劲……

It's pretty fun to make! Love how all the different spices mix well together.

Next time if I am more ambitious (and less sickly and feverish), I will get fresh basil and fresh olives (if it's available in sg) and make the garlic from scratch! :)

These two weeks felt like eternity.



So aware of the time, of every step, every word spoken and so excruciating.

So tiring, and so much need for sleep.

So worrying, somewhat exhilaration, and some trepidation on the release day.

So many questions, so much assistance given (surprisingly!), maybe life ain't that bad after all.
Things falling into place -- that's gonna make the decision easier (at least that's what I hoped). 

So many realizations of my shortcomings, glad to know so many things to learn from others.

So grateful, for the various burden off the shoulders.

The irony.

Life is really ironic beyond words.



When I was young, all I wanted to eat was chocolates, but I wasn't allowed to because I get heaty easily.
When all chocolates are readily available for me to gorge now, I don't feel like having them anymore.


When I was young, all I wanted to eat was meat meat meat, and they encouraged/forced me to eat more vegetables.
When all I wanted now was to eat vegetables, they are getting me to eat more meat.


When I was young, all I wanted was to drink cold soft drinks, but I wasn't allowed to because I had asthma.
When all I wanted now was to drink hot drinks, they are not readily available.



When I was young, all I wanted was to sleep as late as possible.
When all I wanted now, was to fight for more time to sleep.

对不起，我没有那么无聊到为大家、自己制造更多工作或没有必要的活动。谁不想惬意点？那是上头规定的活动（自然是为了利益他们，让他们有所学），也就是如此。况且，更改的权利不在于我…怀疑、质疑我也没有用。就连系统、某些程序的运作也不在于我。能从简就从简，何必繁琐、庸人自扰。
