The close-up. 美味しいです!
heheh. You realized that the soft-boiled egg is missing from the equation.. cos I ran out of time. =X Don't wanna use another 7 minutes for the egg and the noodles will become cold.
Will do so the next time since this first time was simply kalang kabok. (p.s. Even poured in red wine into the veg by mistake, cos the wine was in the same vegetarian oyster sauce bottle. thanks pa. -_-" ) But I was joking with my ma, what if the next time we didn't add in the red wine (by mistake) and it turned out to be less tasty. hurhur. 囧
Similar to the minestrone soup, this particular miso ramen has almost fulfilled the five colours that we need to eat routinely. Yay! :)
Red - Maybe will throw in a red apple thereafter
White - Cabbage, Sesame, Golden Mushrooms
Yellow/Orange - Corn, Carrots
Green - Seaweed
Black/Blue/Purple - Black Fungus
The above recipe was adapted from
runnyrunny999 to a vegetarian-based miso ramen (without garlic, meat & chicken broth, and of course supposedly, without the red wine. zzz). =)
One more item down from my To-Cook-List ;)
