Cream of Broccoli Soup.
My first attempt at making the cream of broccoli soup. :)
I think it's awesome! (yeah, BHB)
My pa prefers it to be less thick, but I love it this way - viscous. :P And that in a way makes it suuuuper filling to the max!!
(I must comment that the butter used had a great effect on how the soup will turn out eventually, thus a photo of the wonderful butter which contributed to the success of this soup :))
