Close Shave!!

In a rush to bookout of camp this morning (coz my dad waiting at the main gate, 10minutes walk away) ... i hastily put on my clothes, pack my bag, clip my camp pass onto de shoulder strap and ran out to the elevator.. de moment the door open, i rush through... i brush against de elevator door... and OMFG!!! MY CAMP PASS DETACH FROM MY SHOULDER STRAP!! AND IT DROP SOMEWHERE!! I was horrified ... cox i think it might have drop into the gap in bwt the platform and de elevator.. i was like resigning to fate... until i decided to look into the gap in bwt de elevator door just in case.. and there it is!!! my card!!! hanging by de clip ... with the card alr slipped in le!! encountering this horror, w/o a 2nd thought.. i just sequezze my hand into the tiny gap and retrieve my camp pass!!

PHEW!!! PREVENTED 7 X EXTRAS AND $50 FINE!!

Hard Week!

Another week has elapsed! damn! duty spec on sat.. end up.. bookout to sleep on fri night (and watch indiana jones IV)... den sat morning bookin, this morning bookout... and now? I'M ABOUT TO BOOKIN!!

Damn i hate this place...

Now really about to be on the verge of mental breakdown... hanging on... hanging on....

Btw, change back to this simple black blog skin... dunno why... feel that this is de best.. simple, black, elegant...

!! Drove for the 1st time !!

Went for my 1st driving lesson today!! shiok!! drove a honda city... drove around ubi area... heavy traffic... good experience! my instructor oso quite a nice and chatty old man... hahaha.. hope i can get my license by yr end! looking fwd to de nxt lessons!

den met pp for lunch and went to the temple @ waterloo street to offer my very overdue prayers... pray for my N.S to be troublefree!

den met yili.. for de 1st time in a yr! bought an ntuc investment-link policy from her... 1 yr le... no different on her side... it's pretty good feeling to meet up an old frenz... hope 1 day can meet up all my poly classmates! favian! are u listening!

Nightout!

It's Nightout!! pp no time accompany me, so i came home to take a bath, have a meal, watch indiana jones & de temple of doom and surf de internet!!

gg back soon @ 9.30 though... HARD LIFE AH!!!

Back for 24hours...

damn... bookout at 8am today... booking in same time tml... coz i'm duty specialist for friday and sunday... geez... 1 wk.. and i get freedom for what.. abt 24hrs? damn...

de techie in me kick in again.. feel like getting a new comp...for gaming... drawing up plans and spec now.. but dun think will take further actions till say... end of de yr... now make comp is damn waste of time la... everyday in camp... cannot play oso...

1 thing that make my current camp better than my old camp is... aircon + tv... thats abt it.. and oh ya.. the food is nicer!

but truthfully.. i really miss my fellow trainees at sembawang... and of course... de instructors... haix... miss the movie nights! miss de macdelivery! miss de super tuesday! miss de field ex.! miss you all!!!!!

btw; watch ironman last wk... super nice.. probably de nicest superhero movie out there.. can rival spiderman sio! looking fwd to de sequel....

gg to get de dvd too!!! is so worth it to watch again!!

Screaming From Within

Experience at my new unit is OK at best... cox lotsa duties to cover, guess this is de transition from training school to unit... and no doubts, when my instructors said that training schools are the good times and we better enjoy it... they really meant it. Geez... To which i thought this is a complete cart load of bulls... esp so when in BMTC.. when u see all de perm staff having a wheel of a time, unrestricted by timing, OTOT have their meals... able to relax in the office ... able to apply for off and leaves... relax as a guard commander even though they have to do guard and able to bring in HP charger and tv and all those luxury items....

being in their shoes now, i do get those perks i desire a yr ago; but in exchange... i get more and extra duties, more responsibility, am more expose to arrowing (no shield in de form of instructor), have to do ops, less friends & getting my weekend and public holidays burnt..

to think that i feel saturday morning booking out and sunday booking in during BMTC is a damn agony... Geez...

Grow up. I'm
